Dear Sir,
We have taken youtelecom, Baroda, internet connection as a package for ABB employees on 22nd Jul 2009. As a part of that, the package is fixed and youtelecom service provider has agreed to give us the bills for every month.
But even after one month of taking service, we are not issued bills for the same which we need to project in our company. When we are asking the service provider (through phone calls), the concerned person is answering that he will issue the bill in a day.
The same answer is repeating from past 10-15 days.
Inspite of requesting him a lot, he is not providing the bills and giving excuses. From yesterday he is not even picking the phone.
Please help us in this regard.
