I had raised a complaint with Tata Indicom regarding changes in my account settings. I was not able to connect to Internet so I registered a complaint with Tata indicom. This guy came and changed settings of my computer without informing me. He set the connection to always on, means connection will be on as sson as I turned on my machine. He never informed us about those changes. When I filed a complaint against them tata indicom just registred a complaint regarding that. But when I called there service center to check these updates, they said they have closed this issue because they were not able to contact me.

There is an another such incident occured with me. when I renewed my connection, I tried to unsubscribe the night unlimited surfing plan. But there is an error in their server so I was not able to unsubscribe to this plan. I raised a complaint regarding the same with Tata Indicom. (Complaint number 10480216). Next day tey charged me Rs 300 for this night unlimited plan. When I called them why they charged me Rs 300 as I have filed a complaint regarding the same, they said they have closed the complaints. Reason was again the same they called me on my home number sometime during the day and as I was not at home at that time was not able to pickup the phone and then they closed that complaint. I have again raised the complaint with them as I am still not able to unsubscribe to night unlimited plan.

when I mailed to customer service they are not even responding to my emails.
