    Hello,

    This is Shushant from Ahmedabad. I have taken reliance cable line broadband service few days back for my business but due to non use of it, I have decided to disconnect the services. I called customer care and ask them to disconnect our broadband service. After couple of days, I got call from customer care that we have successfully disconnected your service and someone will come to pick up modem. Then after 2-3 days someone come from reliance and collected the modem.

    At the end of that month I got a bill from Reliance and found it showing my monthly charge i.e. 699 + tax but for that particular month I have used connection for very few days and customer care representative told me that all this charges will be weaved off when our guy will come to collect the modem. She asked me to pay only Rs. 187 at nearest reliance center and I did so on a very next day.

    Now, I got a call from reliance legal department that there is such amount showing outstanding against my connection and because of payment has not been made... they are filling case against me.

    I don's understand the procedure. If you have any such amount outstanding, you even do not care to inform customer to check on that.

    I request you to please look into this matter and let me know what I have to do to settle if there is any outstanding amount is there in my account. My details are as below:

    RCOMcare up my speed fast you felon , Need I remind that I haven't consumed my 10gb limit yet ? We don't pay to put up with the stupid excuses that your owner , (yes you know who I am talking about) , trains you to tell us in his pigsty whenever we customers ask why the hell is my net so slow , I haven't even used up my 10gb limit. Now cough up the money which I paid for the Netconnect+ usb stick & my 1001 recharge. The name reliance makes me throw up in my nose .

    This is Stanley from Mumbai and I have a complaint with Reliance Broadband connection.
    I got a call from a advocate threatening to pay the outstanding whereas I had already spoken to customer care to disconnect the connection as they were incapable of rectifying the problem which I have been facing from June and it used to reoccur everyday and mentioned that I am not ready to pay for services if I have not been able to use.

    Also I had mailed to nodal officer on
    Rcomnodalofficer.Mumbai@relianceada.com as well for the same so that my connection is disconnected and to my surprise nothing has been done so far and I had to go through a frustrating experience.

    Mentioned below is the mail sent on 13Sep'11:
    "This is in reference to a complaint number 161180272 which I had raised with Reliance Broadband for Internet connection.There are mentioned below points on the same:-
    1) I had requested for 1MBPS connection from Reliance Broadband for which the sales Executive(Mr Manoj-from Nerul) had confirmed that the same would be provisioned later but it has not been done so far.
    2) The connection which I have been using has been intermittent and does not work properly but gets disconnected any minute from the time I have been using it and the same I reported to the sales executive as well who had arranged a engineer to check the same but the problem has not been resolved and I have given numerous complaints but no gain as the complaints were closed without my knowledge.
    3) As I need to use the internet on 9th Sep I had mentioned another complaint to customer care on a complaint number 161180272 and was given the commitment of resolving it within 24hrs but its not resolved till date and because of that I had to call at 12:15pm and spoke to the Customer Executive-Mr Amit who told the complaint is closed(without my knowledge), then I spoke to the Customer support Leader-Suresh Yadav who confirmed it but again did not gave me any timelines of fixing the problem.When asked for the Manager-Mr Sujith Pillai, Mr Suresh denied escalating the call and mentioned that Manager has told not to escalate any call and he cannot escalate the call.
    4)I followed up with the engineer Mr Rajesh(koperkhairana office) for resolving the connection from past 4 days but I was told that there is some network failure and some server error which will take time but even without resolving my complaint it was closed without my knowledge as Reliance has been doing it in past cases.


    Hence I have lost hope in getting the problem fixed and I do not want to continue with Reliance Broadband Internet as I had to go through a lot of mental agony,frustration and inconvenience and Reliance Broadband has not been able to provision the Internet connection which I had requested for and still keeps on billing me for the same every month.


    Kindly request you to take necessary action and oblige. "

    Default Service cancellation and refund

    I had applied for reliance BB connection in banglore. They took money and document and told installation will be done within 2 - 3 days.. After running behind them for 2 weeks finally they came for installation and told me that they don't have enough cable so they will be canceling my request and do the refund :o :oBut I have not got any mail, call or reference number for my cancellation.. And the sales guy is telling that they have already canceled my request and refund will take 48 days :oAtleast give me some reference number so that i can ask CC for the status... And is it true that it will take 48 days for refund , are they fooling us :o ?

    Hi,
    This is Stanley from Mumbai and as per my complaint previously Reliance has done nothing so far.
    The response on 1-05-2012 has not done any good to me and Sir please take action against Reliance broadband as they are making me go through a mental torture as I do not even have the modem and cable at my home but still they are charging me again and again.
    I had already mentioned long back for the disconnection(13Sep'2011) but instead of disconnecting they charged me unethically an amount of 1700/- and started threatening me on a court case and when I went to clear my bill and asked for my usage statistics they said that we do not have the same.
    Also I got a call from a executive stating that my connection was working properly then I thought of checking it and the system is still accepting my ID and gave me a complaint number-12261545102
    I am sick and tired of Reliance kindly help me.

    Dear sir,
    my name is Anoop kumar , i havent used your reliance broadband but my friends used it when they were staying at mysore and had given my number as reference , i used to get calls from reliance stating that i need to pay the bill regularly and i would inform them to pay the bill, which was 2 years back .But today morning i,e 09/02/2012 i got a message from a # 8854824277 statimg that he is an high court lawyer and there is a case against me for not paying the bill for customer id #100000112795728 of 5650/- Rs .he told that as this is not my bill he ll ask the court to return the money with in 7 days of reciept of the bill money. Sp listening to him i payed the money as i dint wanted to spoil my name . the reciept # for the bill payment is S210490133 OTC code 08019 .Kindly look into this matter and revert to anoop1905@gmail.com , was this call a fake one or authentic one ?

    By seeing these kind of posts recently I think these people are involving in threatening business other than providing a good network service. Hope everyone had a wonderful, fantastic and unforgettable experience with them.

    Hi,

    I am Karan Thaker, was given a Reliance Broadband connection, on the condition that it was a trial service for 15 days, and then if I like the speed and the services, I will continue to use it.

    But even during those 15 days, I never used to service for more than 2 days, because the internet connection never got activated.

    Then I even sent out a mail to Reliance ADAG on 4th Jan 2010 (Ref: ADAG=004-941-674) which read as follows:

    "Hi.
    My name is Karan Thaker.

    Some Reliance sales guy had come to my house for a trial version of Reliance Broadnet. I had applied for the same, with the assurance that it is a 15 day trial service and will not be charged for it. And then if I dont need it, I will be able to discontinue the service. Since Day 1, the internet is not active. To top it all your sales guy had given me an incorrect mobile no.

    I have received a billl of Rs. 400. And please make sure that I am not paying it. For sure.

    .

    Now, I recieved a call from some guy saying Reliance wants to send me a legal notice for non-payment of Rs.2,000 (when the bill was only for Rs.330/-). First of all, I am given a Reliance connection by some sales guy who wants to achieve his numbers, and then I get such notices.

    I forgot all the reference complaints number. There are mentioned below points on the same:-
