    Default Fraudulent sales Engineer in Reliance Broadband

    Hai i am Elamaran From Chennai, Mylapore
    I get a new room in mylapore so i am searching for a new broadband connection. One day one reliance Broadband sales engineer came and say lot of plans so we decide to get a new connection from reliance.
    And also we fill the form with valid proof and also pay Rs 500 in advance and also gave gave a receipt Number is (17800015548690) dated on 28-08-2011 and he say that tommorrow you get the connection. But for 2 days we didnt get the connection so i call that sales person and ask about the connection

    He politely say in your area we have a service but unfortunately the cable is cut so we cant provide conenction . So we will refund the amount after your applciation will get canceled.But still he didnt refund the amount and whenever i call him he didnt pick my call and also msg me like (I am meeting so i will call you later) But he didnt call me back.
    The sales engineer name is Sheik and his phone number is 9841847039
    He ask me to pay the one month rent in advance rs 1799 but my friends only say to pay the installation charge. By luck i didnt pay the one month rent
    My questions
    1) If they cant give connection means why they need to cancel the form they just return the amount next day itself
    2) Before paying money they call me twice a day
    3) After Payment paid even they didnt received my call
    4) The amount 500rs is not a matter ( I feel More guilty by getting cheated by one of the billionare ambani family)

    RCOMcare up my speed fast you felon , Need I remind that I haven't consumed my 10gb limit yet ? We don't pay to put up with the stupid excuses that your owner , (yes you know who I am talking about) , trains you to tell us in his pigsty whenever we customers ask why the hell is my net so slow , I haven't even used up my 10gb limit. Now cough up the money which I paid for the Netconnect+ usb stick & my 1001 recharge. The name reliance makes me throw up in my nose .

    Hi,
    I am residing at Guindy, Chennai. I got the contact no of a Reliance agent through posters in my area. I contacted him for broadband connection and within 2 hours he came to our house, collected the needed documents and demanded Rs 1400 (700 for installation + 700 as advanced rental). I inquired Reliance customer care about this and they said that this was the procedure and to pay the amount. So, I paid the amount and he assured me that within two days connection will be given.

    After that I didn't hear from him and when I try to contact him he never picked the call. So. I caught him from a different mobile no and when asked about the connection he said that only 10 broadband connections can be given from a junction box and so I have to wait till some customer disconnects their connection or they will repay my amount. I got tensed by his silly reply and so told him to refund my amount. He told that my amount will be refunded in two days.

    Again I caught him through another number since he didn't pick my call and asked about the refund, and this time he replied arrogantly that he can't pay my money and to contact Reliance office.

    I called Reliance customer care and made a complaint about this two or three times, each time they got my details and said that the concerned team will call me but never got any calls from them too. Its been 13 days since they got my money.

    Worst customer care and worst service. Everything is just for namesake.

    Friends, never go for Reliance that too through a Reliance agent.
