    Angry Cheating by RELIANCE BROADBAND

    Hi ,
    This is Suhail.I have applied for reliance broadband connection on 05th August 2011.The
    Reliance Sales executive Ramdass (9886040219) has collected the application and the cheque
    from me and the Axis Bank cheque of amount 1049/- which got cleared on 8 Aug 2011 .Till now
    i didn't get the connection.The sales executive did not responding my calls now.Even i
    called to CC 25 times every time they noted down the CAF number and they say they will
    escalate to the concern sales team.But never get a response from any sales team.I
    approached the regional manager Jotish(9379623222) in Jayanagar. he ackwoledged that they
    are not able to provide the connection & took my CAF number & assured me that my money will
    be refunded within 10 days. But till now i have not received my money.

    Address for the connection:-37, 15th Cross Lakkasandra- Bangalore-30

    Relaince broadband manager :- Jotish 9379623222

    Note :-Apart from calling CC, i tried all these contact numbers ,no one tried to solve my
    issue in fact a Very poor response.

    Even filing of complaint at Reliance Nodal office,they too are useless.
    And no one knows about the status of my application ?
    Please guide me or help me to take a legal action on Reliance Broadband.I would like others
    to support who got cheated from Reliance to make a strong case against Reliance.

    Do you have a customer service team only for apologizing. Why dont you refund the amount & get lost.

    What prevents you from returning the amount. When you are fully aware that you dont have the infrastructure to give the connection why did you collect the amount saying that connection will be provided within 30 minutes.

    RCOMcare , what about my complaint ? you haven't resolved my complaint yet , up my speed fast or shove your face in some donkey's rear. my unsolved complaint : Today once again I called Reliance netconnect + customer care and the repsonse I got from Mr. sanjog was that " I cannot help you " , you should be able to get better speed if you recharge your prepaid datacard again next month. " Why the hell would I wanna recharge again next month if I want to use up my 10gb limit in this month only and that I've already paid for it too ?? The lair told me that I have used up my 10gb download limit and if I wanna download with speed more that 0.1 kb/s I should recharge again and that my current recharge of Rs. 1001/- wouldn't help me download even 10gb. Rs. 1001/- for 10gb@ 3.1mbps (300kb/s) right ? I haven't even finished downloading worth 5gb and the ragamuffin from reliance netconnect + customer care - mr. sanjog tells me I should use 0.1kb/s download speed with patience and if I recharge next month to finish my current month's 10gb limit. Go figure .......

    Hi Everybody,

    Me too feel the same.
    Please let me know if anybody know the procedure to file a case against Reliance Broadband as the number of cases regarding refund increases day by day.

    Its very cheating company. for me without giving a connection and being taken advance amount. Later they send lawer notice to pay the bill. bloody idiots reliance
