Hi,

I terminated my Reliance broadband connection in March 2009 and I am still receiving bill for the same. The very first time I received after termination, I called them up and they told me that it is a mistake from their side and will be resolved soon. But that did not happen and now (August), I have received a notice from their lawyer asking me to make a payment for the past 4 months' bill. I would like to lodge a complaint against these bloody extortionists who have no respect for their customers' time and money.

Please let me know what action can be taken against these crooks.
