    Angry Poor Service of Tata Indicom Broadband(chennai)

    Hi,

    Its been long since i have been using broadband connection of Tata Indicom and they have been frequently disconnecting the connection
    ....
    that too when we complaint to the customer care they have the frequent dialogue as there is some technical issue and it would be addressed in 6 working hours which would go for another 4-5 days and we will have keep on calling them to repair...

    I'm really frustrated by these services and dont know what to do...
    as other broadband services are not available in my area (ramapuram, Chennai)
