I had registered the following complaint two days back to you. I don't see any
outcome of this complaint. Please, take necessary action.
I had taken the youtelecom broadband in july under the plan 384kbps
prepaid caleed UN650N. The first month I was satisfied with the speed,
where I got the download speed at around 45 kbps. The next month after
I paid for the next months bill, I saw that my download speed never
went beyond 22kbps. I registered a complaint on 5th August and they
said that they wrongly upgraded my plan to 192kbps instead of 384kbps
and will resolve it in 24 working hours. But till this date, I have not
seen any action taken on my complaint. I have wasted my phone balance
of around 150 to 200 calling them again and again day after another.
But they keep on giving excuses.
I request you to kindly take
attention on my issue and get me fair trial. My point is why on the
first thing should they change settings to 192 kbps from 384kbps when I
recharge next month. I want a prompt action to be taken.
