Hi everybody,
I was using You-telecom in Navi Mumbai(Ghansoli) area for the past few months. In the month of April and March my Internet connection stopped working suddenly.In Spite of repetative complaints to Customer Care no-body ever trouble-shooted the issue.For the entire month of April and May i didnt even heard from them.
In the month of May one of representative of You Telecom called me up and said that they will wave of some amount of charges from the bill of March and April which i agreed.
I was on a unlimited Plan of Rs-1300/monthly, so for 2 months they told me to pay 1800 rupees.Which i agreed to and paid them and even they provided me receipt.When i Received this months Bill it showing a amount of Rs-2150,which when i enquired in Custoemr Care came to know that they have added another 800 rupees from the previous Months bill,which was supposed to be settled down due to non-availibility of nternet connection.Now they are disagreeing with me and forcing me to pay the entire amount without which they say that my internet connection will not be activated..

So people please be aware of this ISP-YOU Telecom..the moment they got hold of your money they forget everythng related to customer Care as well as Customer Service.

Even being on a Plan of 512 kbp/s internet connection speed was always pathetic ...

So dont get cheated by this people inspite look out for a alternative ....
