    Hi,

    Complaint: I requested for airtel broadband plan change 2 months before, which didnt changed and I am getting huge bill now

    Description:

    I use 899 Rs unlimited plan, Billing cycle is 5th of every month. before going out of the town for 3 months, I requested for 250 Rs monthly plan at 9th april which got changed.
    I came back at 10th July and called customer care to change the plan to 899 Rs monthly at 11th July. Costumer care representative told that he will change the plan ( I dont know about the request no or anything, i thought that it will be done). So i got assured.
    I got July month bill as 351 Rs ( expected as 250 Rs plan)
    But at august I got around 2800Rs as outstanding. ( this is concern because when i checked, plan didnt changed)
    I raised the conplaint against the costumer care representative saying that he didnt take my request and just said that he will change my plan. But complaint has been closed as they gave the resolution that its more then one month old So there is no record available now.

    please suggest me what i am supposed to do. What step can be taken? please respond.
