U should be thankful that I'm even saying hello to you after the rubbish service you've provided inspite of claiming as BEST PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2011.. I believe u forgot to mention that you have been voted as BEST PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2011 IN COMPLAINTS CATEGORY.
My husband bought this photon plus on 26th dec, 2011 from Meerut and then the shopkeeper called up the tata people and the guy on the other side said that he'll activate in half an hour. its been a day and im already facing losses due to no internet as my business is internet based.
Also this shopkeeper gave us the PIN NO which does not matches the pin no sent to us via SMS by tata guy.
The activation frm our side is continuously failing. When trying to get in touch with customer service, everyone puts us on hold and keep disconnecting the calls.
We want our money back or else get it activated. We dont want rubbish services.
The pin no given to us via sms was 33489026942053.
I need an immediate action.

And please, like your other posts, dnt say that we tried the number and couldnt get in touch with you. That's all crap and im pissed with your services.
