I would like to bring to your notice that I am using Tata Communications Broadband since 6 years and its been a tough time quarelling with them for frequent disconnections. Recently we changed to a new place in chennai and due to hard wire problems, we opted Wimax which will be hassle free. But not, due to the equipment they have provided, whenever the LAN wire is in contact, it gets disconnected and will not turn on until we reset the Telenet Modem which will obviously take 5 to 10 minutes. Even though we are in 512 kbps plan, we are getting only 72 to the max and it will go till 10 kbps sometimes. Even after frequent complaints, there is no use. I have to go for this Wimax since Airtel broadband is not available in my Pallikaranai area since connections in that street are full.

Seems to me like all the hard earned money is all going to these worthless companies earning millions from us by not providing services promised during the agreement.
