I was surprised to receive a bill of Rs.1183 from Tata Indicom - Product Photon+. ( account number 975218385)

When I purchased the Photon + device on 3rd July 2009 for which I paid Rs.4000 with a scheme in which I got 10gb free usage for 2 months.

Suddenly on 26th July 2009, I received a bill of Rs.1183 from Tata Indicom - Product Photon+.

According to the scheme I should get 10gb usage free!

I was NOT informed by any of Tata Indicom executives either when i received a welcome call from TATA Indicom Executive nor did I receive any welcome letter from TATA Indicom stating Information like :
Bill Cycle, Bill Date, Pro rata Usage system which all NEW CUSTOMERS should be made aware of.

Tata Indicom failed to inform me the information which has to be INFORMED to NEW CUSTOMERS.

I don't think I am liable to pay Rs. 1183 bill due to information not given to me.

Please suggest me some method and help me out as I am not going to pay Rs. 1183.
