I have been a BSNL broadband customer for the past 2-3 years. Now, the problem that i face is that for the past 2-3 weeks my internet connection gets automatically terminated every now and then.
I tried contacting the BSNL officers. Either they say "We will look into it ," or something like that. Every one knows how hard it can be to loose a connection in between a bank transaction or a bulk download. I have 500 Home plan. Now another reason that the BSNL people say is that it is due to over load. But i say different, because i loose my connection every now and then.

Please Please Help Me in This matter.
