I have launched and logged end number of complaints and have also received compaint number with promise that my complaint will be addressed but to no avail.
I purchased net connect broadband for my local area of Thaltej, Ahmedabad in Gujarat. At the time of purchase I asked for demo at home to ensure that connection will be proper since I have to work from home often. I was assured that there will be full coverage and also the demo went smoothly.
Soon afterwards, I started facing problems. I can never connect between the 10am onwards. It's almost impossible to get any connection at night time when the traffic should be slow and coverage better.
I have since then visited the distributor on Judges Bunglow Road from where I've purchased and ofcourse they have been of no help what so ever. They always promise that someone will visit my home and that they will launch a complaint for me but nothing has been done.
The major problem I face is the fact that I can't even launch a complaint with the toll free number as it asks for the 10 digit net connect number and when I punch my number in, it says the number is invalid and then the call gets disconnected.
I am at my wits end as to what can be done.
With the help of a friend who works with Reliance, I manage to get him to launch a complaint and I received a complaint number. I received a call after 2-3 days and was informed that an engineer would call me to schedule an appointment to see me. I did receive a call after 4 days but I was out of town on that day and asked the engineer to call me back the next day but nothing has happened since.
I am able to use my netconnect broadband at my office and the speed is fantastic but I need to work from home also and the coverage at my residence is too poor/non existant.
