    Dear Sir,

    i am facing too much problem with reliance HSD connection since last 15 day
    i am not reciving network ands when ever it comes speed is like hell they
    charged for for speed of 3.1 MBPS and i am reciving speed 230 KBPS that is
    purely cheating with customer i also want to file a case of fraud against
    these people. even they dont bother to work on complaint every day their
    call center peoples answer is same now i remeber what they are going to say
    that is your complaint is forwarded to consern department they will call u
    in 24 hours sir , but in last 10 day i have not recived any call call from
    these guys hope in next 100 years i will recive call if reliance provide me
    medicine to live till that time.i bought this instrument only a month back
    and area where i am using this instrument is DELHI now you can understand
    they are not able to provide there commited service in national capital
    region then what is happing with other circle God knows,,,,,,,,,,

    i need your help to get back my money which i paid them for instrument .

    Any help, will be much appreciated

    Default Terrible connection and Service from Reliance Netconnect team

    Hi,

    I have launched and logged end number of complaints and have also received compaint number with promise that my complaint will be addressed but to no avail.

    I purchased net connect broadband for my local area of Thaltej, Ahmedabad in Gujarat. At the time of purchase I asked for demo at home to ensure that connection will be proper since I have to work from home often. I was assured that there will be full coverage and also the demo went smoothly.

    Soon afterwards, I started facing problems. I can never connect between the 10am onwards. It's almost impossible to get any connection at night time when the traffic should be slow and coverage better.

    I have since then visited the distributor on Judges Bunglow Road from where I've purchased and ofcourse they have been of no help what so ever. They always promise that someone will visit my home and that they will launch a complaint for me but nothing has been done.

    The major problem I face is the fact that I can't even launch a complaint with the toll free number as it asks for the 10 digit net connect number and when I punch my number in, it says the number is invalid and then the call gets disconnected.

    I am at my wits end as to what can be done.

    With the help of a friend who works with Reliance, I manage to get him to launch a complaint and I received a complaint number. I received a call after 2-3 days and was informed that an engineer would call me to schedule an appointment to see me. I did receive a call after 4 days but I was out of town on that day and asked the engineer to call me back the next day but nothing has happened since.

    I am able to use my netconnect broadband at my office and the speed is fantastic but I need to work from home also and the coverage at my residence is too poor/non existant.

    Please can someone help.

    i have net connect my no: 9381851556 but i cannot view my usage
    because they said the password is wrong, since i have reset my password option select,then the window says your password has been send via your email,for the fast three days no reply for my mail,What can i do?

    Angry Good morning people!!! Please get up!!

    ahhhhh!!! at last i got into this page!!! you'll be happy to know that it took me 2 hours to get into this page!! isn't that amazing!! i could have called the customer care people who are trained to just say "just hold on for 2 sec, I'm transferring it to some concerned people" and at last no output. at least i can do all others works while waiting for the page to come. most of the time the net speed is 7-8kb/s.then also i thought its okay.now its .5-.7kb/s. I started downloading a 15MB file at 10 a.m. now 15% is completed in 4 hours!!!
    I know the best solution.just to throw this modem and buy another.but being a student i can't afford this much luxury and you people are taking good advantage of it.
    i don't even know why am i writing this to you.i think at least it will give other(sufferers) some comfort to know that he's not the only one suffering.

    hi

    i purchased a reliance netconnect (number being 7428581933) from their Nehru Palace outlet on 7th of december,2010. As i did not have any address proof with me, the person told me to mail a softcopy to his e-mail address within two days, which i comlied with within a day. but still they deactivated my connection, even after one of their persons came to my address for verification and found everything in order. when i contacted them, they told me that they had not received my address proof. After that i went to the outlet and gave them a print-out of my bank statement a week back. but my connection has not been activated yet. I am tired of calling these guys every day. Someone plz tell me what else do I need to do.

    sir i have purchased a data card from connect inia of tata photon but after few days they told me that the plan which they had earlier given me is not available so i swicth on to reliance netconnect for last one month they were not not sending me the data card after calling them almost daily they send me the data card on 8th april but it is nit been activated yet there calls are comming to me inquiring about the device but nobody is ready to listen to me that my card is not activated if i call upon the concerned people they dont come to he phone and speak very rudely with me the peopl concern in connect india are mr muniraj,mr rohit, mr gaurav there no are as follows01204087676,01204087674 every time i call upon a new person picks the phone and dont listen one is mr imran from reliance netconnect chandigarh office he also does nothing and dont know how to talk to a coutmerhis number is 09216589692 if u could plz help me my name is ashish gupta ludhiana my number is 09814918889
