    Unhappy hsd mode problem

    Hi, friends this s naga. and am using reliance wireless, world's slowest broadband. I bought my device on jan of 2011. For two months my download speed is nearly 150 kbps and now not even 1 kbps my net connection also very slow to use. Mine s nota remote area and all. dont know what to do. if you have any idea please suggest me to get good download speed. its irritating me. my 10mb of file download takes 10 hours man.....Not interested in contacting customer care.....

    Default Issues involved with the conneciton for taking a corrective action immediately.

    Sir/Ma’am,
    This is to bring to you the facts of the issues involved with the above conneciton for taking a corrective action immediately.

    I was getting regular calls from your maketing team for purchasing a reliance data card. I was given high promises while selling the card to me. Initially I paid Rs. 3000/- for the connection / data card. From the first day itself the data card / connection was giving problems and it never worked as per the commitments given by your sales person. I kept on calling your complaint cell and every time after spending a huge time on making repeated complaint calls and was able to lodge my complaint. Even I was made to run around between to your offices at Mohan Coperative and Lajpat Nagar but every time I was directed to the other locations. Even I made number of visits to the retails shop at Nehru Place but nothing happened.

    After having fed with your connections I surrended the above connection vide ref. id. 148381875. I was told at the time of surrender to update your payment to close the connectio which I had done. As per the advise of your officials who came to meet me at Nehru Place I paid Rs. 4000/- for the month of December 2010 to March 2011 without getting any service. I was given the assureance that the above connection is cancelled and a new present connection was issued to me ie. Connection 7428741871. For the new connection I was asked to an extra amount of Rs. 1600/- and still I am using and managing with the same.

    However to my utter shock and surprise I have received a notice from Vasudev Goswami (advocate) under your instruction asking me to pay Rs.2435.83 failing which appropriate legal proceedings shall be taken against me.

    I am a law abiding citizen and have never ever done any wrong till date. Why am I being harassed for no fault of mine?. Is this the result of of associating with a big corporate like Reliance Communications? Who will pay for my time, energy spend every time complaining to your offices at different places? Who will compensate for the loosses and mental agony suffered by me?

    I can also raise number of valid claims which could be far more than your legal notice.

    Therefore without going to any controversies please sort out the issue internally as every time repeatedly committed by your officials and cancel the legal notice served on me at the earliest.

    You Reliance people are nothing but gutter dwellers ; Don't we customers feed you Reliance people enough dung , now that my broadband connection was again down from 5 am to 9am today ! I know you Reliance pigs did that on purpose. I'll quit using Reliance netconnect+ and so will many others like me whom you've harassed& tortured by not providing the speeds you promise on the Reliance netconnect+ despite of not crossing the 10gb limit. Rot in your pigsty with your master you Reliance people !

    The idea is to prevent customers from using their download limit by reducing their download speed to a unusable one like 1-5kb/s or even 0.1 kb/s ! that till the end of the month the customer wouldn't even be able to reach half his download limit in the selected data plan. Eg, last month I had recharged Rs 1001 , which gives 10gb download at 3.1 mbps (300kb/s) and 144 kbps (20kb/s) after 10gb. It was an unlimited plan . After I reached 5.61gb of download , my speed got reduced to 0.1 kb./s to 3-4-5kb/s. Really annoying isn't ?

    Default Facing connection & speed problem for my data card broadband +

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    My data card number is 9324599830. I am constantly facing connection problem right from day 1 of my data card.
    Most of the times it shows error 678 :- remote computer not responding.
    Also my plan is 3.1 mbps, but unfortunately it never gives in mbps, average speed as per speedtest.in is 60-120 kbps.
    I called customer care number & as always they are saying its a technical issue in ur area as repair work is on.
    Last time I called just now they are committing to resolve by 30 Nov,2011.
    They are saying its a congestion problem.
    For every user a particular bandwidth I suppose is allocated.
    Then there shouldnt be so much problem.
    If my problem is not solved till November End, I am terminating the services at the earliest.

    i compliant to customer care many time but they always say the same answer..they are fruads..pls help me to get back my device amount

    Angry Reliance net plus very unsatisfactory service

    I bought a reliance net plus corporate connection in July and have been facing several unresolved problems since August. Here is a list of a few:
    1. I have been trying to change my data plan since August from 3GB to 5GB (Corporate plan). I've sent mails to several people including the account manager (Mr Atul Khare) and the nodal officer in Pune. There have been no changes in my plan and no replies from either of the people.
    2. The connection seems gets disconnected exactly at 10 pm for the past 2 months. a mail stating network upgradation is in progress was sent to me in October. Does n/w upgradation take 2 months???
    3. Form the mid of Nov the average speed of my Connection is 0.06-0.24kbps !!!!!!. On calling the cust care they say the issue will be resolved by 31st dec. Are customers supposed to pay bills for services that they do not receive????
    4. Over n above all this the speed suddenly drops to 0 and when i try to disconnect my device i get a message "error 668:The connection was terminated". I have to restart my system to disconnect the device.

    Angry Reliance NET CONNECT + ( Connection Very Slow )

    This is in regards to the internet data card # ( ) which I had purchased on Saturday the 3rd of December 2011 & quite honestly speaking I feel I have been cheated, I had purchased this device for RS 1400 and was promised 5gb free @ upto 3.1mps by your reseller .but however when I connected & verified I found this connection VERY SLOW besides the fact my network range being strong so I called up your technical department who states my details are not yet updated and completely deny my request for technical assistance & gave me this link SPEEDTEST when I performed this test I found the speed results as 219 kbps which is far more pathetic then dial up speed request you to please help me with some kind of remedy , or please help me with a refund of my money .
