I had bought a TATA INDICOM PHOTON+ a new service of EXPRESS WIRELESS
BROADBAND SERVICE on 30th July 2009 and was activated on 2nd August 2009 .



My Tata Indicom MDN # (Telephone No) is 9212630583.



I had made a payment of Rs 1299 + Rs 1 = Rs 1300 as i had availed an offer
of Hewlett Packard where in if any person has purchased a HP Laptop then you
can take the service @ Rs 1300 instead of Rs 3500.



My service was activated on 2nd August 2009 and was very happy with it but
on 3rd August 2009 i received a *call from Tel # 04066555045* , as i took
the call a lady threatened me that she is deactivating my Photon+ Service as
i have a pending amount of Rs. 1000 from the year 2003 meaning that she is
asking for an amount which has been settled 6 years back amicably by me and
a Tata Indicom Representative .



To my fear my service was deactivated on 3rd August evening 5 pm , i went to
the Tata Indicom Hub at Lajpat Nagar to know why my services were
discontinued and their reply was the same what the lady had told me on
telephone .



They have told me to pay Rs. 1000 otherwise my services will be not be
restored and also they will charge me Rs. 500 + service tax (10.3%) per
month for the plan i had taken for which they will not be providing services
till it is activated.



*I want to bring certain facts to your knowledge* :



1. I had a Mobile No 011-56016660 against which dues are outstanding in Tata
Indicom records and I had settled my dues amicably with Tata Indicom in the
year 2003 , I have no papers to support my truthfulness as it is now 6 years
that the case was settled and when it was settled with Tata Indicom I did
not feel the need to retain the papers for so many years.



2. If I really had any dues with Tata Indicom then why they did not ask for
it in these 6 years .They do not have any correspondence where in they have
asked me for their dues and i have not paid although my postal address is
the same in these 6 years and they have not sent any registered or
registered AD letter which I have not accepted (no proof at all).



3. If i really had to pay them Rs. 1000 as outstanding amount of 6 years
back then why would i have taken my New Photon+ connection in the same name
(Gautam Talwar) and address (H-17 Lajpat Nagar -3) for which there are dues
outstanding in Tata Indicom Records.



4. I also confirm that i had made Full and Final payment by cheque (don’t
have the details) to Tata Indicom and so i am not entitled for this kind of
harassment and hostile attitude of Tata Indicom Staff.


*5. MOST IMPORTANT : Why this outstanding amount of Rs. 1000 was not
discussed with me while I was making payment to Tata Indicom for activation
of Photon+ Services.*
