    Default Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ billing Dispute

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have bought the Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ device for Rs.3500/-

    I have recived the attached bill where they generated twice in a month. As per the plan, I can use 10GB bandwidth at a monthly rental of Rs.1099/- and beyond that they will charge @ Rs.2 per 1 MB. But in my bill, they just gave 7443 MB and didn't even charged full mothly rental ( calculated on daily basis ). and remaing bandwidth charged at Rs. 2 per MB.

    Its clearly mentioned that my credit limit is Rs.1900 and i got the bill for Rs. 11394 /-

    Kindly advise how to proceed on this.

    Dear Bhoomaiah,
    As per my knowledge , the billing is done on a prodata basis i.e if u have taken the connection on 15th of a month then u will be billed upto the month end i.e upto 30th of the month ... so u get 5gb usage for the 15 days since its 10gb for 30 days and also the rent is calculated for 15 days i.e if its rs.1099 for a month then rental for 15 days would be rs.549.5 ... hope that clears your doubts...

    This month I have they did the same with me and billed me Rs 20,000 where my Credit limit stands Rs 1,900, do let me know how and what steps are you taking to get this sorted out .

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no.(if any) in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    Default want to know the amount due on my account of reliance broadband service.

    sir , actually our connection no longer exists but there are regular messages from the service providers for our due payment.can i know the amount that is due on my account so that we may pay the amount & settle the issue.
