hello....my name is Dr. Banibrata Chakraborty...i am using reliance netconnect broadband+ since 3 months...but i am facing problem with the HUAWEI device since last 3 months... my card number is - 9382349741 in the name of Miss Debjita Debnath.. as soon as i purchased readily i installed an unlimited plan of 15 GB(Rs. 1200),,when 15 Gb was over the speed came down to144 kbps..but after that till now i am unable to connect it in the "broadband+" mode... recently again i installed a pack of Rs. 200(1 GB) with a validity of 7 days..still i am unable to connect in broadband+ mode... the worst part about reliance customer service is that past 3 months i kept on compalaining for the same issue but till now it isnt resolved...everytime i am given a new complaint number and asked to wait for 24 hours...and i was herrased too much...so i am quiting with reliance...and wherever i shall go i will make it sure that anybody asking me for suggestion about taking new data card,i will be the last person to favour reliance data card.. thank you...
