Reliance cheating people

    Angry Reliance cheating people

    Hi All,

    Its that on 16th June 2011, I had applied for a broadband connection from Reliance. Following my request one of their field executive by the name Chandru with mobile no: 9343683607collected cheque for the amount of Rs. 1049 from me and the reliance had en-cashed that amount from my account too. Its been more than 2 months now neither the idiot who collected the cheque is not picking up my call nor the reliance customer care people is helping me on this issue to resolve. I had mailed them several times on their email id (broadband@relianceada.com, anil.ambani@relianceada.com) and i got an auto-generated email from their end but no updates till date.

    Reliance had sent me order acceptance letter too and for my surprise they had sent me invoice for 1 month where there is no single cable installed at my home where i requested for the connection.

    Is this is how they cheat the customers? being such a big company they dont even know how to satisfy their customers. I am here by not asking them to do something that is out of box, but asking either refund or to provide me connection for the money they collected from me.

    I hope atleast you people help me to resolve my concern regarding the cheating that these big guys are doing to the public.

    hello....my name is Dr. Banibrata Chakraborty...i am using reliance netconnect broadband+ since 3 months...but i am facing problem with the HUAWEI device since last 3 months... my card number is - 9382349741 in the name of Miss Debjita Debnath.. as soon as i purchased readily i installed an unlimited plan of 15 GB(Rs. 1200),,when 15 Gb was over the speed came down to144 kbps..but after that till now i am unable to connect it in the "broadband+" mode... recently again i installed a pack of Rs. 200(1 GB) with a validity of 7 days..still i am unable to connect in broadband+ mode... the worst part about reliance customer service is that past 3 months i kept on compalaining for the same issue but till now it isnt resolved...everytime i am given a new complaint number and asked to wait for 24 hours...and i was herrased too much...so i am quiting with reliance...and wherever i shall go i will make it sure that anybody asking me for suggestion about taking new data card,i will be the last person to favour reliance data card.. thank you...

    Me too facing the same issue.They are not at all bothering about the grievances.
    Its really a cheat company.

    Who ever going though this thread please never opt for Relaince BroadBand .i suffered ,people are suffering so dont waste your time by going for Relaince connection.

    Hi

    The last thing this world you can think of is getting reliance connection . They have a horrible customer care and worst PeopleOne at Nodels and even at RWorld.
    I have been trying to get a simple bill plan chaged for past 6 months and still they are not able to do it . They better should have some shame on the services they are providing .

    Its that on 17th August 2011, I had applied for a broadband connection from Reliance. Its been more than 3 weeks now (The guy promised installation in 2-4 days!!!) neither the IDIOT who collected the cheque is not picking up my call nor the reliance customer care people is helping me on this issue to resolve. I had mailed them several times on their email id (broadband@relianceada.com) and i got an auto-generated email from their end but no updates till date. I have called their customer several times and they give the same BULL SHIT response "we will get back to you in 24 Hours!!!". I have even called the nodal center (080 30332620). They too give the same response.

    i am running this business in the name of p p enterprises from 20th january 2011.
    Situation of bhagalpur cluster is very bad.there is no value of words given by the cluster head.they are going to change as we chage our clothes everyday.
    Sir i have a problem with the billing.before making a bill i was informed that if i purchase 15 pcs of handsets of b339/b209 i will get 3pcs free but still waiting.its not a single time.from last three months i am getting proper billing in which i received free handsets also.but what about the old one handsets?
    Another thing is already i have a stock of b209 is 200 pcs approx and my landing cost is rs.1150.00 and i can bill to the retailer @rs.1175.00
    as per the company rule.few days ago bhagalpur cluster has appointed dnd (super distributor) in bhagalpur market.without informing to the local distributor.from the market i came to know that he is selling b209 @887.00.how its possible?please explain.another thing is as per my knowledge that dnd can only makes billing to the distributor not the retailer.but here is the different concept.plz let me know the rules bcoz my stock is stuck in my office.and important thing is due to your employee the market is also getting affected.but no one is responsible in bhagalpur cluster.
