    I am loyal reliance cdma customer
    with mobile number 09392874615.
    On 6th november I got following
    message from RM 651234
    "Dear CDMA Customer, exchange old
    sim to new 64k sim free from 4-7th
    Nov & get free Rs 200 R2 R for next 5
    months.Visit Reliance Mobile Store"
    I visited M G Road webworld and
    meet store manager and show him
    this message. He asked me to pay Rs
    5 (though it was free as per sms) but
    he said free sim stock is not
    available. I paid it and got new sim
    card. He lodged one complaint for
    free talk time ( 165460774) . After 3 to
    4 days, I got nothing but got reply
    from RM Reliance " Dear Reliance
    Customer Your SR 165460774 .Bonus
    tt and validity could not be credited
    as customer is not eligible for sms
    campaign offer."
    After this I raised complaint one
    more time with reliance webworld ,
    mg road, hyderabad but no
    resolution.
    After 3 to 4 days, I raised it with
    nodal officer office over phone but
    there also, same type of people seats
    and I got reply same as executive
    seats in call centre poor guys. "Dear
    Reliance Customer Your SR
    165522849 .Bonus tt and validity
    could not be credited as customer is
    not eligible for sms campaign offer"
    If I am not at all eligible then I why I
    got sms from your side, trusting
    which I went reliance store and get
    new sim card in which also I felt
    cheated.
    When you people stopped cheating
    and mis behaving. Due to this
    customer are moving to,other
    operators and your company.results
    are down and on verge of bank rupt.
    This treatment to consumer will leave you people jobless as we will move to ither network.
    I approach nodal office and applette authority where also no solution I got.

    For the past one week I have been bombarded by several SMS messages each day from Reliance Netconnect, all of them starting with the phrase "Priya Reliance Grahak, India ka ...." etc. In spite of my calling Reliance Netconnect on their customer service number and giving them the mobile number to be added to their do not call list there is nothing happening. I now propose to go to the Consumer court and have this complaint registered.

    Dear M/s Reliance,

    My wife and I have two broad band connection ( 9393970741 &9390732910) from Reliance which is blocked since past 4 months. its been a real tough time that I have with your counter part at Kondapur. In the month of December we requested for a plan change with Mr Nandagiri and he asked us to fill few forms and stuff like that. We both were billed as per the previous plan even in the month of January. While this came to my notice it was taken up with them and Mr Hafeez promised to correct it in 3 working days in the month of Feb. As per his working days this happened in the month of April.

    I was promised that everything is sorted out and i need to pay a certain amount for both the connection and everything is resolved. I went ahead and made the payment. It worked for a few days. I mainly use this network only when i travel as I have better and reliable network with Airtel. While I was traveling i tried it and it did not work and costed me with some heavy financial losses.

    I talked to one of your customer service lady, Abihiyana, she said none of the request that was made is recorded and she can take a request to waive of the remaining amount as my useage is very low. If this was possible what was the guys at your show room doing for the last 4 months.

    Are you guys following the satyam pathway with what ever fraud practices possible to make money.

    I would not want to associate myself with an organisation like yours. I would like to have an explaination as on what happened for the last 4 months and why am I put through this. Would you re-imburse the Rs.1,80,000/- loss incurred. I am sure this would not bother Mr Hafeez or Mr Nandagiri as they must be busy giving false promises to someone else.

    I am disapointed and i never been so mistreated by anyone else.

    Hi,

    I took broadband connection Id :357825948671 on 5th March.

    At the connection time they collected Rs 1500 (rs 1000 for montly rental and Rs 500 for connection charges)

    I gave a termination request on 24th march and i got a confirmation in my mailbox of termination dated 14 april.

    The issue is the billing cycle is FRAUD. They tell me my billing cycle is 26th of every month.
    When i gave a termination requested and the connection got cancelled on 14 april why is my bill showing Rs 2094 ??? few days back it was rs 949 and now increased ??


    I spoke a hell lot of time with the Manager Mr kunal at secunderabad over telephone and the problem is still not resolved >??

    I want to make a settlement. I will only pay for utilization from 5th april to 14 april (9 days).
    As i took the connection of march 5th the bill should be from 5th march to 5th of april.

    If this is not resolving at the earliest then i am lodging an FIR with the police for cheating and fraud issue.

    hell with the IDIOT service.
