    Default Airtel broadband worst broadband service in india

    Hi ,
    This is Anilkumar M.S.
    I have applied for Airtel Broadband on 1st may 2011 and paid 899 thrrough cheque to Airtel executive.
    Still now i have not received either connection or they have refunded my amount back.
    Executive Name - Narasiman-9972180928.
    While take the amount and all he is very polite after that no response , not picking calls.
    I have never seen worst executinve like him before.
    TBLR no-236438.
    Montly i am calling sustomer care so many times and still i didnt got the
    resolution to my problem.
    Complaints no-1983976,48326046,46662428,47386686(Only few complaints which i
    saved)
    Already its 4 month over and i dont want to wait further.
    If u dont reply for this mail with in 3 days definatly i will take this issues
    very seriosly and i will take the necessary action.
    I am very much frustrated about airtel now.
    Please dont drag the refunding issue furthur.
    Please resolve this issue as early as possible.
    Please never opt for airtel broadband it is the worst broadband in india and the customer executives are cheater.
    I have contacted them so many times and i have written mail for them also but no responce from then too much negligency.

    When will u refund my amount, after 6months or 1 year i already completed 5 months and did not received the amount .
    It is hard to beleive airtel is having this much work service.

    Compare to other broadband services airtel is the worst broadband serviece in all the aspects .

    Thumbs down Airtel broadband worst service

    I have applied for Airtel broadband connection.First I got an update saying no feasibility in that area.When I was trying for other network,airtel called me and said they have feasibility and asked to fill and pay the application form which I have done immediately. Then no updates thereafter from airtel.
    Again I have contacted them for status for which they have asked me to wait. Later I have got a call from a executive asking for connection installation for which I have mentioned the time very next day.
    Again that guy didnt turnup and no further communication from anybody.
    When I called again they asked me to wait for 2 days.
    Again no update.
    When I called back again, they coolly said there is no feasibility and the amount would be refunded in 21 working days.
    Even after that no status updates.
    What the hell is this response I dont know.
    really pathetic service.
    please dont prefer AIRTEL. They are becoming worse than ever.
