No response from BSNL Pune Dear All,
I am using bsnl broadband. My consumer number is 2000765836 and telephone number is 020-27271420. My internet is not working from last 30 days(DSL link is not stable). I have complained regarding this on 15 july 2011 and complain number is 001614.
Till now i have not got any resolution. I am calling customer care daily and also visited wakad telephone exchange but still no one has contacted us for resolving this.
We are paying Rs 1480/month for services we are not getting. WE have received no confirmation for waiving of rental as we were not able to use service for more than 15 days.
