    Default slow speed n worst internet services

    Tata Photon Advertise the speeds upto 3.1 Mbps. Sales person says we get maximum speed when there is good signal strength. I have very good signal strength. I have purchased that based on that advertisement. dese people r lootin d customers ..... i hv recharged wit Rs.850 in which i got 2gb free usage with high speed but let me clerify u people dat i hv never seen or used such a pathetic broadband service that after extending 2gbs i'm getting d download speed maximum upto 15kbs/sec. n hv to wait for long jst to open a site like google.... And the biggest problem is of connecting to the internet. After trying for at least hours a day it hardly connects for 1-2mins. I have registered so many complaints by calling to the Tata customer care but I didn't get any solution for the problem. You also check the number of calls and complaints made for the account. Daily I am talking to the tata customer support for at least 1hr but still the problem persists. Every time they give me the same troubleshooting steps even if I tell them that I performed all the steps earlier and they are not working..hardly getting connected to the Internet for more then 5-10mins after making some 100's of attempts. Every time I call Tata customer care guys I hear 100's of sorry word but didn't find any solution.This is a clear case of cheating the customer. After waiting for a long time I have turned to consumer court and hope that my complaint will be considered with some priority...
    i request all the business or home user that not to buy tata photon plus....they are looting the public... D worst broadband service experience i ever had.... really worst, pathetic n totally wastage of money...

    Default TATA Photon agent Ramesh Cheated me

    I purchased a Photon plus for my wife through TATA's representative Mr Ramesh at Hyderabad on July 4th 2011. Till today the Photon plus has not been activated. Repeated calls did not yield any results and they are blaming our computer.
    When my wife kept on calling Mr Ramesh, he abused my wife. For that he will face criminal action since his abuses were recorded by my wife on her phone. Now we want our money back and strict action since many are suffering. Dr GVRao

    Default Photon plus not activated even after 15 days

    Hi

    I ordered Tata Photon Plus through customer care on 24th July, 2011 but its still not activated. I was promised that I will receive the device within working 48 hours but I received the device on 3rd August, 2011 and i think that is much more than 48 hours and the reason for delay was not even specified to me, firstly, whenever I used to call the customer care they use to just answer that its still in progress. I think customer have right to know the justification for delay. On top of that after calling and making efforts from my end I received the device.

    Secondly after receiving the device it worked for 3 days but suddenly on Sunday i.e. 7th August, 2011 it stopped working and when I called up 1800 266 121 and informed the same they said they don't have any record corresponding to my device with number 9225704390 and when I called second time they said it registered on someone else name. Can you please explain me how come this device which I received after 10 days is still not registered on my name and is till not activated? I can't find any reason for such stupidity if you have one please explain me.

    Every time I called up the customer care 1800 266 121 they said talked to the person who provided you the device we can't do anything and on top of that they are saying that you are providing us the wrong number and I have been trying to contact the representative for last 1 day but he is just ignoring my call. Can you please provide what to do and if you think you can also do nothing its better you return my money and take this non-functioning device and please request you don't provide me with list of numbers if you can't provide me the solution.

    Tata Photon Plus number: 9266929391
    I had taken the tata photon plus connection in January this year. Since then have lodged many complaints with the Tata Customer care as well as the Nodal office.

    the connection speed is ridiculous and most of the times it doesnt even connect. But the amazing part is when I lodge a complaint and the engineer visits and will give all kinds of stupid explanations and go and it still wont work.,

    Will recommend people not to go for Tata Photon plus since it doesnt give you speeds which they promise. Moreover, at times it doesnt even connect.

    I got the connection of tata photon+ on march. Initially after activation, i found lot disturbance in the line. I couldn't work in net even for 3 minutes continuously. When i called to the person who gave instrument, he convinced me that it was a temporary problem . The problem was not settled. Then i raised complaint .

    Details are:&nbsp;complaint no.: 264863675&nbsp;date:17.05.11&nbsp;saranya&nbsp;928 2001064<br><br>In the same time i payed bill also in between (may-5). A service person came and informed me that it is due to instrument not good. He refused to give replacement. But after that i didn't use the tata photon. I didn't get any support from customer care.

    Then next month they again asked me for bill. I explained the complaint and requested them to rectifiy it.<br>contact details :&nbsp;lakshimi &nbsp;04464622177 &nbsp;01.08.2011. she agreed and not resolved my problem. She was not ready to give the complaint number.<br><br><div>Then another woman&nbsp;Kavitha : 24.08.2011 called from +91446459981.&nbsp;&nbsp;Srinivasan attended for no use. He answered that the Instrument adopter is shaking and asked me to buy new from TATA
    then i raised MAILcomplaint on the same day 24,8 11. 7.00 pm on the same day itself.Complaint No : 338406. But still i am awaiting for response

    Even now i am getting calls asking for payment daily from different persons. Because of this i am mentally disturbed.&nbsp;I request you to CANCEL I repeat CANCEL my account .&nbsp;
    If there is any possibility of taking back the instrument and pay me back, please inform.
    I feel cheated by TATA PHOTON+
