I am continuously facing the billing problem from reliance broadband. Again and again the customer care of reliance broadband is saying that my bill is due but I have full proof that I made all the dues clear. I don’t know why my bill is generating as I already paid in advance.
According to customer care also my billing was till 15th may 11. My connection disconnected on 31st may 11. I made another request on 31st may 11 for the refund of my security and the advance bill that I paid for till 19th june 11.
I want to know from the company that which bill is due on me or exactly what is the date? For that I asked to customer care also and they assured me that we’ll revert back to you within 24 hours. But still after 11 days I haven’t any satisfactory information from them. They are only annoying me.
Now they are calling me for the pending bill
So, I make a humble request to the Honorable Consumer Court to kindly solve my issue.

I have taken internet connection and in the month of 10th April_2009 and I have converted my postpaid connection to prepaid paid outstand amount of Rs.296 and they are given me case ID No. is 94427652 but till date i.e. 10th sep_09 My postpaid no. is not transfer in prepaid. I have visit around 30 to 40 times in Kalyan Web world but every time they told me ur internet connection into the prepaid and when i have also talk to customer care, they told me u visit in the web world but they are not solved my problem.

My name is Manoj Kanojia and my postpaid no. is 9324352807 and i have taken data card for internet.
since last 2 months my internet was closed due to i have given the complain for prepaid in Reliance webrowrld at Kalyan Murbad Road branch and also talk with ur custoerm care execattive. i have also vistit around 6 to 7 times in the webroworld and and around 3 to 4 times talk with ur customer care exective.
and i have also 3 Request i.e. complain for reliance webwrold, complain for CDR and complain for Prepaid but not date my pospaid is not conveted into the prepaid, when i visit the webworld they are saying currenly we have not received the information from the reliance company and when we talk with the customer care execative they says u visit the webworld and some time they say out system is not performing and then what i will do.
I have done last month payment dated 9th april of Rs.1120 and Rs.293 dated 10th april for outstanding amount of till date and after that i fill the form for prepaid but every visit in the webworld they are not givent any proper answer to me. when we talk with customer care execative they said ur no outstanding amount due and ur previoius amount our compnay will wriff off and then why my postpaid not transfering the prepaid and webworld customer care execative name is Miss Ujavalla.

and ur compnay has writte off the amount the in the month of March of Rs.94 and month of April of Rs.242 but i have already told to ur company my internet was closed since 2 months if ur have recrods then send me other wise i will go in consumer courts and one more thing ur company has send me d bill around of Rs.515 approx and its shows VAS of Rs.64 how it is possible and i want the CDR of Last three bills otherwise i will go in consumer court and also my problome give in a news paper about ur company. I have also expend my times and money for thise procedure since last 1.5 months.
