My landline and internet connection stopped working on July 8th and since then I have lodged numerous complaints with customer care but to no resolution till date. Each time I have called they assured that it will be resolved at the earliest and possibly by evening then nothing happens. And after couple of days I am informed that my complain has been closed (without getting resolved) could I complain again! I have called nodal office and written to appellate authority but again same response and no progress. Now after a month of no service they have sent me a bill for entire month and collection agency is calling me three times a day to pay for the services of the month. I explained to them as well as the billing department of Reliance broadband/telephone that how can they expect me to pay for a month of service, which I never received? They insist that I must pay and then take up the matter with us about reversal of this months bill? I have written to them twice and called them too that after a month long of no service and no response that I don't want to continue with them and to terminate my contract, but again no response to that! I am tired of these people and their continues apathy towards consumers. What can be done? How to take them to task so that quicker response is taken up next time they receive complaints like this? Need help an guidance in this matter.
