    Default Reliance Netconnect giving poor speed in Pune

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    This is my complain about the Reliance NetConnect slow net speed.I have purchased Reliance Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ connection on 4th of July.However after few days of usage I found that I am not not getting proper speed.
    They claim that the speed we will get that up to 3.1 Mbps. However during the time of purchase I was shown that the speed is 1 Mbps. So I bought their equipment with Rs.3500/- .
    After using for 3-4 days I found that I was not getting adequate speed. The average speed currently I am getting 0.3 to 0.5 Mbps.
    I put a complaint to customer care of Reliance net connect to solve that on 9th of July . After 2 weeks I got their response though it didn't solve my problem.
    So, I have asked the shop that I don't want to use their service and I want my money back by returning the Equipment(That costs Rs.3500/-).
    But the shop vendor didn't hear my request and asked to give another complaint.
    I am using this service from Pune city.


    I have the bill of the equipment - Bill Number : - 5243
    Also I have details of the equipment for this.

    Kindly help me ,give me path forward , such that I will get my money back by retuning the equipment.

    Default Same speed Issue

    Hi,

    I also have reliance net connect broadband. When I got new connection reliance guys promised to have speed upto 3.1 MBPS. I never got this speed. I do not want money back, but I would like to request Reliance to stop making wrong advertisement and cheating consumers.

    Here is the speed I tested today (2/8/2009) from PUNE:
    Tested on speedtest.net
    Download: 1.48 Mb/s
    Upload: 0.52 Mb/s

    Question reliance broadband plus

    heyy subrata i too am using reliance broadband + in pune.. it gives me pretty good speed.. which part of pune are u using it in?? according to my knowledge almost 95% of pune has reliance broadband + coverage ...and about the speed.. 3.1Mbps is the ideal speed (even tata photon claims so not only reliance ) obviously u cannot expect that speed... unless u r the only one on the network and theres no traffic , may be then u can expect 3.1 Mbps (practically its around 1.8 Mbps download speed ).. why dont u register a complaint with the broadband plus dept. in mumbai ??

    WHAT IS THE STATUS?? when I'll get money back?

    Last 4 months I am continuously visiting the Reliance Bund garden Office & contacted reliance Officers/staff but they are not able to solved my problem.

    Please look the matter ASAP.

    Default poor reliance netconnect broadband+ speed

    Hi
    I purchased Reliance broadband+ usb connection day before yesterday and I am shocked to get a downloading speed of just 180 kbps and uploads speed of 210 kbps.I feel I am cheated because of Reliance promise I purchased this usb modem for 2000 rs. and cancelled my reliable BSNL wired broadband. and now Iam getting such low speed.
    Reliance had promised 3.1 mbps of dw speed and 1.8 mbps of uploading speed this is ridiculous. Reliance is making false promises.

    I would like to have my money back.

    Hello,

    As you mentioned that it is a dedicated connection, then send a written notice the nodal office and the CMD of the Reliance, mention all the details in it ask them to solve the speed issue as early as possible, else ask them for the full refund with in the mentioned time of 15-20 days.

    Visit for notice reference : videocon fridge this may help you.

    Default relience netconnect

    Hello,
    i took a relience netconnect from mysore on 14th feb. i was in mysore and
    was using it till june. i was posted to chennai in july. i used the
    connection for 1 month in july. after that i called up customer care and
    asked to dissconect my service. they suggested me that i can convert my post
    paid connection to prepaid connection and i can make it life time and can
    use it when ever needed just by a simple topup. i thought the idea was good.
    i asked them to migrate my number to a pre paid number.
    they asked me to visit a relience shop and fill a form. i went to the outlet
    and filled the form, cleared all bills. the shop executive said that it will
    take time. i enqured about the billing. he said my billing is stoped now. i
    hade deposited some amount as diposte when i took the connection. i asked
    for it. he said i'll have to apply for change of address. i gave him my new
    address proff. it has been 3 months now.and i have got 3 bills after that.i
    have not paid those bills, as it is not my mistake. when i call customer
    care they say that i need to visit the outlet. and the outlet executive says
    that bill should not come, he'll check and tell .
    Please suggest what should i do. i am not willing to pay the bill.

    Hi All,

    My experience with the Netconnect is really bad. I have purchased it since 22nd Feb and till now i'm unable to use it. I'm residing at wakad side of Pune where there so called coverage doesn't exist. I plug in modem and wait and wait and wait....to get the signal to surf. I want my money back and I want Reliance to pay for my time I invested in using the damn useless MODEM.

    I hope to get out of this fraud world soon..........this is really annoying........learn to break promises from Reliance.......

    Hi,
    I am using a postpaid Huawei broadband+ device sim no 9370081806 and this is not working for past one month. There has been many calls made to customer support but none of them are helpful. This device belongs to pune n currently being relocated to Lucnknow, customer support database is also not able to provide correct address to Huawei customer support centers in Lucknow.

    Henceforth I request you to take some immediate action in this matter else I'll be bound to disconnect this connection.
    I also request you to check the bills also since this device is not able to connect for past one month.

    Iam Reliance Broadband Internet connection user from Bangalore.
    My plan is Broadband Netconnect Combo 300kbps Plan, but in my first month I have got around 280kbps one year back. Past 3 months facing disonnection problems around 9.00 PM onwards, very low speed, sometimes 50kbps against the promised speed 300kbps. The Reliance company of Late Shri.Dhirubhai Ambani, Great Entrepreneur in India has become non-reliable by these Ambani Brothers, Idiots sucking people's blood and enjoying in Crores Rupees Villas, spending money lavishly in IPL, etc events for their only selfishness. Not bothered about poor people, too much money minded.
