Respected Sir/Madam,
This is my complain about the Reliance NetConnect slow net speed.I have purchased Reliance Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ connection on 4th of July.However after few days of usage I found that I am not not getting proper speed.
They claim that the speed we will get that up to 3.1 Mbps. However during the time of purchase I was shown that the speed is 1 Mbps. So I bought their equipment with Rs.3500/- .
After using for 3-4 days I found that I was not getting adequate speed. The average speed currently I am getting 0.3 to 0.5 Mbps.
I put a complaint to customer care of Reliance net connect to solve that on 9th of July . After 2 weeks I got their response though it didn't solve my problem.
So, I have asked the shop that I don't want to use their service and I want my money back by returning the Equipment(That costs Rs.3500/-).
But the shop vendor didn't hear my request and asked to give another complaint.
I am using this service from Pune city.
I have the bill of the equipment - Bill Number : - 5243
Also I have details of the equipment for this.
Kindly help me ,give me path forward , such that I will get my money back by retuning the equipment.
