    Hi

    I am facing same issues with Reliance Broadband. They promised to install internet in 2 days and now it has been 2 months connection is not installed.

    They do not revert on cancelation request also.

    i applied for the reliance broad band on 1st week of the month august 2010 on the name of m.manjujlata.but already 1month already passed.i also went to reliace office for complain on my application no 17800014307536.there also one man named as aurobindo came and checked my application recept n assured me that within 2 days they will give me connection. but still it not done.so now i want my moneyback.so please consider my complian

    read all of above complaints..........no wonder, rcom stock is down from 400 to 150 over the years.

    reliance is pathetic.

    Thumbs down Complain Against Reliance Broadband

    Hi,

    Reliance has not resolved this issue till now. Connection was not installed in two months.

    I requested to refund money but the same was not done by Reliance Broadband. After I posted the complain on this issue Relaice executive called me for clarification but still nothing has happened.

    I have suffered a lot of workloss sue to Relaince broadband. I want money to be returened with penalty on Reliance.

    Default Free Gift with Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ is not given

    I Purchased a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ (9327456690) from Reliance web world C.G Road, Ahmedabad branch before 7 months back, and that time I was promised that I will get a free laptop bag but I have not received the free gift as yet. Moreover whenever I call to the store the Store manager does not come up on phone and their executives always promise me that I will received the gift within one or two week and after waiting for two three weeks when I call them they don’t pick my phone.

    Please do need full on my complaint and give me the laptop bag as soon as possible and take the strict action against the wrong doers.

    I sent few emails to Nodal Officer as well.

    Connection is in the name of Gautam Surana

    I was the user of reliance Broadband Internet two month back,
    I had already terminate the contract by calling at customer care
    center,and providing them each and every detail like ID no, BAN no,etc
    but they didn't provide me the termination id.

    The reason for termination I already mention to your customer relationship manager, when she called me,
    Its because of improper service for hard copy delivery, i requested 5 times for hard copy,but i didn't get it at proper time
    because of that my late payment charges had been increasing, thats the reason for termination.

    in-spite of that there are calls from your executive to pay the bill, even though i had already terminate the connection.

    Please look at the matter and respond me as soon as possible.

    Question De-activation of Mobile no.9579045877.

    I had lost my mobile with your sim. The no. of telephone connection was 9579045877 in the name of Mamta Suresh Talmale, Abhyankar nagar/ Hunuman Nagar Tumsar. I am surprised to note that inspite of my intimation to stop the sim it is still being used by the person who has stolen it from me. I therefore request you to please look into the matter and find out who is the person who is using the Sim card bought in my name and de-activate the sim immediately.

    Unhappy Pathetic Service with More pathetic Customer Care Response

    Hi Reliance Broadband Team / Anil Ambani

    I am 2 year old customer of reliance broadband. In this tow year I never been gone with any recommended services form Reliance but hat was manageable because we was having Other alternative connection with less speed and now Reliance Broadband and Customer Care (Poor Guys, always listen bad word form customer and show always they are help less) are providing vary very pathetic services.

    Since last 2 weeks back I have place the my connection transfer request (138193892) and I have got replay on following manner

    4th Oct 2010: Sir we have noted you request with request id : 138193892, and you request get fulfill in next 3 working days.

    9th Oct 2010: Sir you request is under process. Sorry for delay, I will put you request on high priority and that get fulfill by next day.

    10th Oct 2010: Sir you request is under process. Sorry for delay, I will put you request on high priority and that get fulfill ASAP.

    11th Oct 2010: Sir you request is under process. Sorry for delay, I will put you request on high priority and that get fulfill ASAP.

    12th Oct 2010: Sir you request is under process. Sorry for delay, I will put you request on high priority and that get fulfill ASAP.

    Note: Above mention word are form reliance broadband customer care.

    Now my question is if you are not able to provide the services to customer in you mention time frame then i would like say that , “Sorry My. Anil Ambani, you had required lazy our useless management which can not care your customer.”

    Note: I have mention name of "Mr Anil Ambani" because he should know there is customer who are suffering for you one of business names as “Reliance Broadband Services” since last 2 years.

    Default Reliance Broadband Plus Connection

    I have been a Reliance Broadband plus datacard customer for over 11 months now. I was satisfied by their services so far, however since Aug, 23rd there was constant problem of poor network / speed. I made several complaints and was told that there is a network conjustion in my area and will be resolved soon.
    After several follow-up week after week the problem is getting worse. Infact their network team visited my residence and confirm of poor network and said that it would be resolved. However when my bill was generated, they charged me the entire amount and they did not waive of any money. I only paid how much they deserved. I have opted for the broadband connection where i should get atleast 1mb speed and i am forced to use 256 kbs speed, why should i pay full amount.
    The customer service said that they will resolve the issue, however nothing happened and last week they just de-activated my connection due to non-payment of difference amount. Did not even have the courtesy to call me.
    How can i complaint/take action against such thieves.

    Sir it is very sad to say that reliance company has cheated me by taking 500/- rs ch no 505862 dated 08.10.2010 Hdfc Bank from me and not yet installed the internet connection at no 4/93, church street, lingarajapuram,bangalore-84. The representative Mahesh PH: 9590845418 takes the ch from me on 08.10.2010 and tells me that the connection will be done within a week . It is almost 3 weeks now. Reliance is a good company but please dont either respect your owner and install the internet immediately. Do not spoil your MD reputation. Your representative does not attent my call. This is how you train people is it.

    I applied for the Reliance Broadband connection on 10th Nov 2010 , I have submitted all the documents along with Rs 500 /- installation charges to Reliance Broadband executive( Name: Veeru.. Mobile Number: 9393961690,Area: S.S Colony,Opp. Hider Nagar,KPHB,Hyd-500085).He said it would be activated within 3 days.
    It’s been more than a week since I applied for connection and I don’t see any response , I am not able to reach the executive through his mobile number, he either does not pick it up or switches off his mobile when I call to him.
    I called to Reliance Broadband customer care couple of times and they said it would be acted upon and no follow up from them either. I am not sure whom to complain about this problem , hope to see some response from your side.
