    Dear madam/sir
    our broadband is not working properly from more than 2 months hardly we had been using the internet in these2 months inspite of giving complaints regularly there is no proper response.we try to give complaint through landline to customercare but it disconnects within few seconds. some how we could speak to geetha through our mobile and she took the complaint and send some person by name venkatesh he checked and said that there is problem in your system he told us to check through your engineer we checked everything was allright .then he told he will bring laptop and show to us that their is no problem in internet connnection but he did not turned up.again i called up geetha to help me out she gave me the number of the manager by name santosh he asked if we have given the complaint then i said yes then he said that he will check when the complaint comes to him but nothing has been done at all and it was so disappointing, that being a manager he has no courtisy to talk to a costumer teach him how to talk.
    These are the complaint number of 22nd is 1688737393 and of 28th is 1838569293.
    I want to change this plan from 649 to 499 please see to it.

    Default reliance broad band not working

    Dear sir/madam,
    I am a regular customer of reliance broadband. My name is mandeep from hisar haryana and my subscriber ID is 253256601104. My internet connection and my phone has not been working from last week or so. i have made many complaints. but there is no effect. i have a complaint number 132323168 dated 20.7.2010 but no action as been taken yet. please solve my problem.

    Default Reliance Sucks

    Dear Reliance,

    Idont have to give a second thought to call your company a Fraud. You people have charged me Rs 500/- for Installation and have given me the reciept. After 1 month you are sending a bill to pay TAX for that Rs 500/-. Hahaha. I think Ambani is gone wild to play with customers.

    Your call center has ass holes who does not knows how to speak to customers. Different execuitives have different veiw on the problems. The biggests concerns here is NODAL officer number always ring but Nodal officer (Purnima & Lakshmi) are enjoying their time together. Mr. Hariharan Vilayanur who is the appellate authority does never picks up the call. Wanna challenge on this words. Call on (080 30332804) and check, there wont be a soul to pickup your call.

    This message is to Ambani – Your service is gone NUTS, close your business and sit at home.

    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    Always post your complaint with your mobile no. and your address.

    Apart form this first register your complaint with the Reliance Customer Care and in case not get any satisfactory response then send a email to your area nodal officer, mention all the details in it and ask them for the solution.

    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    Hello Sir,
    I am also one of sufferer by reliance communication.

    I got reliance broadband connection installed around 1 year back. That’s a different thing that I had to follow up for around 8 days and with 10 different people to install it. It worked fine only for 4 days and after that it started troubling me. Most of the time I had to hear ‘NO CONNECTIVITY, SERVER DOWN, UPGRADATION, CABLE CUT, EXCHANGE DOWN, BATTARY BACK UNAVAILABLE etc etc excuses from reliance local staff/customer care. I wanted to discontinue even WITHIN A month and I gave request to discontinue the connection but retention department assured me that I’ll get proper service. I came to know later that it was just a FAKE ASSURANCE. I did bear for 1 more month considering technical issue in reliance. But it was useless, I gain told to discontinue the connection but again retention department showed some activeness and my connection worked for around next 1 month. But after 1 month, I was getting same interrupt service from reliance. I was not using internet much those days so did not realize poorness of service but whenever I wanted to use connection I had to call customer care first for no connectivity. I called n number of times to Nodal officer. Mostly nobody picks up phone (anybody can try this), whenever it is picked up, one line is told that NODAL OFFICER IS OUT OF STATION. (I don’t know he is paid to be out of station or to resolve customers’ issue). I wrote mail to him but I did not get reply yet. I had to bear this connection since there was no other service provider in my society as per my information and I wanted internet connection for my work.

    At last connection stopped working from 28th may 2010 because of some technical issue at their end. I finally asked them to disconnect the connection.

    Sir, if a customer is paying every month to company the why can’t company provide proper service. Secondly, most of the company charges installation charges from customer then they must return that charges to customer if connection is discontinued due to improper service. Since I was making payment in advance so reliance has shown due of Rs. 113 and keep sending bill every month and also adds Rs. 25 in it as late payment fee. This is completely unacceptable since they have to return my Rs. 500 which I paid as installation. They may deduct Rs. 113 and balance they must return to me.

    This is nothing JUST HARASSMENT...

    I request you to please look into the matter ASAP.

    I have recently purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus service connection. The Promised speed was 3.1 Mbps.

    Relationship No: 500000917689
    Broadband plus No: 9326096599

    Everything was great uptil my 1st billing cycele. I paid my bill well within due date. After that, my speed suddenly got reduced to 230Kbps. I neglected it considering it as some network issue, but the speed never reverted back to normal.
    Then I consulted the Customer Care department and was shocked to hear that i was a defaulter for Rs 1317/-
    I then went to nearest Reliance Web World to resolve the problem.

    It was then concluded that my account is linked with A/c No 2045833547 Of Mr Chandrashekhar N Bhave, as My middle name is Chandrashekhar, and We share the same address.
    We share the same address because he is my father.
    I dont know that how two differnt people can be linked together, as we have submitted Different Proofs For identity.
    I then contacted to Reliance Customer Care once again. I was told in there Reply to be patiant and wait for their reply.
    No one Ever replyed.
    I then contacted Nodal Officer in pune On Email. But once again there was no reply.
    After My continous follow up, the Reliance Customer Care People again say that the Due of Rs 1317/- is Outstanding and once I pay that, my services would resume to normal.

    I have also sent My full dialog with Reliance ADA Group in Pdf Format to following email id's

    Once again the reply is same, ie; To have Patiance and ' we are looking onto it.

    Please advice me about what should be done next, as i feel that i have been cheated.

    The same case was happened in 2006, you are very much strong at your end. Send a e-mail to the Reliance Nodal officer, mention all the detail in it asn ask them to re-activate the services within the mentioned time in the notice.

    Default settlement of our acount

    SIR,
    i am using relaince net data card.my relaince net data card number is 9317782425.i was facing the problm of low network.and instead of making many complaints my problem was not solved.i told them i will only pay until my problm is solved.they disconnected my datacard aftr non-payment of the bill.they disconnected my card on 13th july.2010.and after some days MR VIJAY from relaince office came to my residence for the payment and we called them on my office address.we were ready to settle the account bt he was rudely talking with us and he was pressuring us if we will not pay the full amount your account will nt be waved off.his talking looking like they are giving threatening.

    Thumbs down Worst Service ever !

    Hi All. I live in Pune and I have been struggling miserably to stay in touch with my daughter who lives abroad to get my Reliance Broadband fixed. I have called them over and over again to fix my modem for me. They sent a new one but this one doesnt seem to help either. This is not the first time.It has happened way to many times. They say it will get fixed in 24 hours but after 24 days also my problems remain unsolved.

    Pleaseeeee help me with this at the earliest. I want to be able to speak to my daughter more often.

    Hoping you will resolve my issues at the earliest.

    Angry Reliance broadband internet not working..

    Im living at Sec-17, Gurgoan.I applied for broadband connection, A salesman came at my place name Ravinder Rajpoot Mobile no 8010978004, n has taken a Cheque for the internet connection, he gave me an ID 356144321565 n sad ur internet connection will be activate within one week, bt today its near abt 60 days but till today my internet connection has not activated. Whenever i call him he starts abusing. please take serious step aginst these types of people.

    Default Lost my address book in phone and important messages due to bad service

    I am reliance customer today at 18-aug-2010 due to technical issue at reliance network
    I called up the customer care no one gave any specific information about network issue,
    I performed reset function on my phone thinking there is problem in handset, due to this I lost important data on my cell phone...relaince customer care is really sick and bullshit service.
    Reliance cstomer care even dont know how to behave with customer care, even upon selection of english option executive speak in very un-mannered hindi language.

    Default Reliance Broad band not working

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for their wimax connection in Pune

    For months I faced lot of difficulty with their pathetic responce.

    My connection is not working since last month & whenever we called to customer care they said they will correct in two days but this is not getting corrected.

    Now if they asked the monry for the services which we have not used what we should do..

    Kindly look into the matter , as I am facing harrassment from their calls and mails.
