Dear madam/sir
our broadband is not working properly from more than 2 months hardly we had been using the internet in these2 months inspite of giving complaints regularly there is no proper response.we try to give complaint through landline to customercare but it disconnects within few seconds. some how we could speak to geetha through our mobile and she took the complaint and send some person by name venkatesh he checked and said that there is problem in your system he told us to check through your engineer we checked everything was allright .then he told he will bring laptop and show to us that their is no problem in internet connnection but he did not turned up.again i called up geetha to help me out she gave me the number of the manager by name santosh he asked if we have given the complaint then i said yes then he said that he will check when the complaint comes to him but nothing has been done at all and it was so disappointing, that being a manager he has no courtisy to talk to a costumer teach him how to talk.
These are the complaint number of 22nd is 1688737393 and of 28th is 1838569293.
I want to change this plan from 649 to 499 please see to it.
