Dear Sir/Madam,
I was charged bill of 6757 rupees after one year of termination of internet service. Lawyer representing Reliance company registered complaint against me in Patiala house court, Delhi. I got call from court in June 2010 about the case against me. I have no time for these things, so I paid 6757 rupees on the same day for the service which I never used.
I have following data about this issue:
Hard copy of wrong bills that I received in the few next month after termination
Soft copy of wrong bills that I received in the few next month after termination
I spoke with relaince customer care executives that I recieved wrong bills even after termination of service. They told me not pay those bills and wait for right bill that I will recieve in next month.
I have record of:
Request number/ticket number when I spoke customer care executives
First and last names of executives from tech support and billling department with whom I spoke
Time & date when I spoke with them
After payment of final bill i.e. 6757 rupees so that I won't have to go to court and waste my time and more money, I enquired and tried get justice from Pune billing office. I sent several mails and phoned to officer in Pune office. In mails, I explained issue in details with reference that I have. Mails are as follows:

I spoke with you on phone a one/two weeks back regarding critical issue which is as follow:
I had internet connction at my home in the year 2008. I paid bill till November 2008 and requested for disconnection in 1st week of December. Till 2nd week of December, my services got disconnected. After that, I tried to use internet I could never use it. People from retention team called and explained different plans so that I would have continued internet connection, I politely refused.
As I paid bill till November 2008, I waited for bill of 10-20 days of December. I didnt recieve correct bill. Following are details of bills that I received by post and email:

All of these bills are incorrect.
From Decemeber 2008 to June 2009, I spoke with many customer care executives from different departments of Reliance like support, billing, retention, some people from Pune office. I have all details like names of those people, date, time when I called them/received call from them. As no one fixed this issue, I stopped calling to Reliance.
After one year i.e. in June 2010, suddenly, I received call from Patiala house court, Delhi that Reliance company filed case against me in court about non-payment of bill. As it would have wasted my time in fighting case, I paid bill within one hour, details are:
Reciept no - S167247299
OTC code - 41426
Amount - Rupees 6757
After payment, I spoke with customer care executive, he told, back end team can retrieve whole data and give justice to me. After that, I spoke with you and you told to send mail.

I already spoke with you on phone, found you to be very co-operative, professional. I am sure you will refund my hard earned money that I had to pay for no reason.

Even after these mails and phone calls to the very unprofessional executive DATTA DHARMADHIKARI (Billing department, wired telephone/internet; Reliance office, Kalyani nagar, Pune), nothing happened.
Sir, I want justice. Please guide me about how can I get justice.
