    Angry Reliance broadband Complaint

    This mail is to put in the notice of reliance communications that i am suffering from the worst level of service and incompetent employees in your organization.

    Below is attached the mail i have sent to Mr Jha on 24th March 2010 , but it seems that no body gives a damn to what is happening or has happened.

    Complete story can be read below. I will just list the issue summarized.

    My Static IP connection started on 10th April and i used it sucessfully till now. I was shocked to see two different bills posted on my address, one on my name ( Combo Plan 1024Kbps) and other on my company's name (static IP 300Kbps). I called immediately customer care but they said to contact the sales person and as usual your sales person are way out of league to serve an MNC. I have registered several complains verbally to Jaipur Customer care department who use to call me for the bill payment but of no use.

    By mistake I have paid the bill against Combo plan, which is of no use. I have not even used this plan or id once, since my static IP got active.
    Today i have to be physically present in Reliance office at Orbit mall because i was threatened that my Connection would be closed due to non payment of bill.

    Surprised to see that i have to wait for 40 minutes outside the office as guard didn't allowed me to interact or enter inside. I am totally baffled at this stage as i have incurred severe monitory loss till now.

    This would be the last time i would interact with you guys to solve this matter. My details of both the connections are as follows .

    PLAN 1 : (Which i never wanted)
    Billing Acc No : 100000114626715 ( 1024 Kbps)
    Customer name : Kalpesh Tiwari


    PLAN 2 : (which i intended to get installed initially)
    Billing Acc No : 100000114739732 ( 300 Kbps - Static IP)
    Customer name : KISM WEBSOL ( Owner - Kalpesh Tiwari)

    My intentions here are very clear, to get the amount i have paid in Combo plan adjusted with Static IP PLAN and terminate the COMBO PLAN.
    I am ready to pay any outstanding amount ( If left) once i get a confirmation on the above.

    I booked a commercial reliance broadband connection with a static on 10th of march and the sales person( Mukesh - 9314482051 ) who took the documents with 500 Rs as installment gave a commitment to have this connection installed with a static IP on 15th March. On behalf of his commitment i made a commitment to my Client in UK to provide him with my Static IP address. This sales guy turned around on 15th and installed home plan(combo Plan) as a connection and advised to have a static IP by evening. After more than 20 calls on 15th, 16th and 17th to this sales guy, he replied that he will not be able to give me a static IP and i need to talk to customer care for this. I came to know that he was trying to get his target completed for march month.

    At this time i was frustrated with the service with which i was treated. I lost a client on this Static IP Issue which would cost me 1400 Euro/Month

    Mr Mukesh ( the sales guy) came on Thursday 18th march with another person named as Jitendra Dwivedi(Corporate SE - 9314009715) and asked me to submit my Company documents again to get this resolved. I handed over the documents in 15 mins with a commitment done by Mr Jitendra to get this connection active with static IP on Tuesday 23rd

    At this time i was taking a regular follow up from Mr Dwivedi . On Tuesday 23rd March he told me to wait till Wednesday morning and the things will be sorted. Its now Wednesday evening and he told me that my connection will start on saturday.

    This behavior of Reliance and their sales person have put me in such a mental stress to loose another client by Friday. I have started my business recently and bearing such loses is not in my will......

    Please if anyone ...can help me to get this complain registered as a serious complaint and get me refunded....I will be very grateful...

    Default Complaint against Reliance Broadband

    I have terminated reliance broadband connection still I got bill for next three months: I asked them to cancel the bill then they gave waiver for just Rs 340 and asking me to pay about 2938.50. Why should I pay bill for future period even I have terminated connection. See attached mail communication:

    Hi,
    Can you please check the bill and the waiver which you have given, it seems there is some mistake/misunderstanding, I have a bill payment plan which is quarterly advance bill plan and I was paying bill in advance for 3 months i.e. till 28th May 2010, I had paid bill in advance. And I had sent request for closure of connection of 23 May,even then you did not terminate till I escalate it to higher level (Please see the attached email communication, ) i.e. before time, and the bill which you had sent is for period of 29-05-2010 to 28-08-2010 (Please see attached bill). I asked you to cancel the future bill as, I had already paid the bill for the period which I have used internet and you have sent bill for the future period which is after my closure. Now when I have terminated connection then why should I pay the bill for future period i.e. for 29-05-2010 to 28-08-2010? Why the outstanding is: Rs.2938.35/-.
    Even if you say that the connection is terminated on 1-06-2010 and I need to pay the bill till 1st June then the billing period should be from 29-05-2010 to 1-06-2010(Because till 28th May I had already paid the bill) then that would be around Rs: 146.96 (Monthly rental /No of days in month X days till you terminated the connection i.e 1102/30 X 4=146.96) and surly not 2938.35.
    Have you understood the billing plan/period wrongly and gave waver for period 23-05-2010 to 29-05-2010?
    I request you to kindly check the billing period and plan, the billing period should be 29-05-2010 to 1-06-2010 when the connection is terminated, and then generate the final bill. That bill I will pay.

    Note: I have attached my latest bill (282252717072_4.pdf) with this email please see the billing period in that.

    Default Reliance Broadband- Gave OLD MODEM and Not given the phone Equipment

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I got my broadband line connected on 17/06/2010 in Bangalore. my subscriber ID is 343774536426. As per this scheme land line connection is also included. Mr.Chandan (ph no:9916096880) installed a old modem and promised to get changed shortly I agreed to it.

    There is some problem in the power button of Modem.
    So the Modem is not getting switched on at all, without the modem the broadband connection is of no use to me.

    When I asked the reliance technical person to replace it , he says that they don't have the any modem & phone now and says that i need to wait.


    Kindly look into the matter , as I the technical team is very arrogant and not even taking calls.

    i have complain agaist reliance postpaid connection...i use reliance phone set lsp 340.Tweleve days ago i complained that my phone set is not working ,then they note down my complain nd gave me the complain no nd said within five days an engineer will come ur place nd will solve ur problem...i dint got ny response within five days again i complained then again they gave me nw complain no,nd i got the same response,finally an enginer came on sixth day,he took aur phone set and saids we will back u ur phn set after two days,but till now i havent got my phone .... s

    so please change my connetion new address. urgent.

    Dear Sir, I am a Reliance Broadband customer my net connect no. is 9357713235, it is a high speed data (HSD) connection works in HSD mode - 3.1mbps speed and normal (hybrid) mode - 230.4 kbps speed. it suddenly stopped working in HSD mode and working in hybrid mode, i faced the problem for several days even before, i complained a lot in there regional office, but nothing happened and one day it started working in HSD mode, and now it again stopped working in HSD mode, kindly do the needfull as i am being charged for hsd mode and getting service in hybrid mode, which is not acceptable.

    This is to inofrm you that i am using a 2 MBPS unlimited connection and the speed i am receiving is 200kbps for surfing as available by your speed meter that is present on the site. I had made a complaint on 1/07/10 regarding the same [id:131030673] no issues were resolved and no person called or turned up at my house. I am still getting a speed of 200kbps which is very less for what i pay for. On 4/07 i made another call to realize my previous case has been closed, the procedure for which i am not sure about. i further went on to make another complaint [id:130870797].
    No contact has been made and i am getting charged heavily. I am losing out on my office work which is entirely net based. To be honest i am thinking of moving to the court.

    I have called to the reliance customer care center for unsubscribing my current pack and to subscribe a new pack,but everytime I called, the executive told me different reasons and asked me to call back after some time.another guy put me on hold for 30 min and never came back. When i told that i will go to the consumer court if you don't respond, he told me to do that very arrogantly. This is the worst service i have ever got from any customer care. I really hate the reliance and want to drop off my big tv connection. I also decided to go to the consumer court for the same

    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Reliance Broadband customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Angry Reliance wi-max - charged bill after termination of service

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was charged bill of 6757 rupees after one year of termination of internet service. Lawyer representing Reliance company registered complaint against me in Patiala house court, Delhi. I got call from court in June 2010 about the case against me. I have no time for these things, so I paid 6757 rupees on the same day for the service which I never used.

    I have following data about this issue:
    Hard copy of wrong bills that I received in the few next month after termination
    Soft copy of wrong bills that I received in the few next month after termination

    I spoke with relaince customer care executives that I recieved wrong bills even after termination of service. They told me not pay those bills and wait for right bill that I will recieve in next month.

    I have record of:
    Request number/ticket number when I spoke customer care executives
    First and last names of executives from tech support and billling department with whom I spoke
    Time & date when I spoke with them

    After payment of final bill i.e. 6757 rupees so that I won't have to go to court and waste my time and more money, I enquired and tried get justice from Pune billing office. I sent several mails and phoned to officer in Pune office. In mails, I explained issue in details with reference that I have. Mails are as follows:

People from retention team called and explained different plans so that I would have continued internet connection, I politely refused.

    As I paid bill till November 2008, I waited for bill of 10-20 days of December. I didnt recieve correct bill. Following are details of bills that I received by post and email:

    From Decemeber 2008 to June 2009, I spoke with many customer care executives from different departments of Reliance like support, billing, retention, some people from Pune office. I have all details like names of those people, date, time when I called them/received call from them. As no one fixed this issue, I stopped calling to Reliance.

    After one year i.e. in June 2010, suddenly, I received call from Patiala house court, Delhi that Reliance company filed case against me in court about non-payment of bill. As it would have wasted my time in fighting case, I paid bill within one hour, details are:
    Reciept no - S167247299
    OTC code - 41426
    Amount - Rupees 6757

    After payment, I spoke with customer care executive, he told, back end team can retrieve whole data and give justice to me. After that, I spoke with you and you told to send mail.

    Sir, till now you must have understood the issue. If you need further clarification, feel free to call me on my mobile phone. I will be available from 1600 hrs to 1800 hrs. I already spoke with you on phone, found you to be very co-operative, professional. I am sure you will refund my hard earned money that I had to pay for no reason.

    Angry Reliance BroadBand Phone + Internet Not working

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Mandeep from Hisar(Haryana ) and my Reliance Customer ID is -253256601104.On the above cited subject, it is to inform you that my Reliance Broadband connection has not been working from last one week. I have complaint several times to its service center i.e. 01662-300111. But no response from their side. Moreover, I regularly inform them. But there is no effect of such complaints. Why the hell the services given to them, when they cannot solve them. Their behavior is also very rude. They have made company's reputation zero in my eye. Reliance has good name and fame but services are very-2222 poor. My Landline telephone is also provided by reliance and the number is 01662-300460. You will surprise it has been out of order for last about 7-8 months. It is my business number and it is published or mentioned on my visiting card, out side flex or board, in the advertisement and in the tv advertisement. Whenever, i ask them they proudly said, there is no more point/space to start your phone. You tell me, a company who has provided me such facility or charging each n every day for that, can do so.but i am away from these services. In fact, they have no fear of complaint to any person(i.e. Company head) because i have already made several complaints to their senior's email id, which are mentioned or searched by me on the net but i think whole company members are defaulter. I just fed up with all. I have prepaid connection and i am paying the charges on daily basis. but they don't care of it. This is my last step other wise i will suit a case against them. Whenever my broad net connection is out of order, they take 3-4 days to rectify it. Tell me, the person who is paying this connection on daily basis, how he can wait for it. But this time,it is enough.
    Please resolve my problem at earliest.

    Angry Reliance BroadBand and Phone not Working

    Dear sir/Madam,
    I am Mandeep from Hisar ID -253256601104. It is submitted that as I inform you day before yesterday i.e 21.07.2010, I am facing lots of problem regarding internet. Day before yesterday, your service engineer came and rectified the problem. On 21.07.2010, I received a call from Bombay and Hisar Reliance office and both took the initiative and assured me in future you would’t face any problem. But when the service personnel came, within 5 minutes they started the net. But after half an hour, it is again become dummy piece for me.Today i.e. 22.07.2010, I tried several times on Hisar customer care number i.e. 01662-300111but again they did’t pick the Phone. So tell me when their own phone always remain out of order then how can they solve our problems. But I had service engineer number, his name is mainpal and number is 98120-57008. I informed him that my net is again not working but he ignored my problem. Thereafter, I again called him but the result is same. Before making complaint to local distributors, I made a complaint on your customer care number i.e. 180030007777, your personnel told me that ur complaint is already registered, I can’t take another complaint but your problem would be get solved today. But I neither got any call nor any engineer.

    I just fed up with ur services. As I told you, I am running an institute and I have several students. They have internet in their course and my organisation reputation is becoming down. My telephone number 01662-300460 always remain out of order. It has not been working for last about six months. Day before yesterday, when my internet connection was temporarily started then mr. engineer assured me that ur phone would also be started soon. But when my internet is not started, then how can my telephone get be started. Now the following issue I want to be solved soon:-
    1. Whenever my internet connection is not in running position, then there should be proper response from local distributor.
    2. I made several calls to them, but they ignore it then what would be punishment for them.
    3. Who will pay my telephone bill and internet bill as it remains out of order ave. 15 days out of one month.
    4. I have recharged my internet connection on 5th- July-2010 and it is going to expire on 4th of Sepetember. After that I want to withdraw my connection, if there is some any other procedure to get back my money before expiring then I want to withdraw it tommorrow.
    5. In Hisar, there are many of my relative and other business relation are running same connection, they are also facing lots of problem. I will guide them to do the same.
    6. Can you provide, any sort of waiver, If yes the how much and when would I get the same.
    7. I am also thinking about to file a suit in the court against the company.
    Now I requested to please solve my internet and phone problem at the earliest otherwise above points can be taken for futher action.
