I am writing to you with reference to the suffering I had been facing from Reliance
Communications for possessing internet Wi - max broadband connection.
I am a victim of Reliance communication.Let me explain you as below.
I have been using Reliance Broadband connection (Wi-Max) since 16/12/2008.
Please find the below mentioned connections & period of using Reliance internet
connections.
Connection 1: Discontinued after Antenna Loss
Billing Account No. : 100000110980785
Reliance Internet Service User ID: 357172040723
Port Speed: 400 Kbps
Plan Name: WICF01KX
Location Name: BANGALORE
Location Id.: BANG
Fee Model: FLAT
The above connection is discontinued from 15 - March 2009,even i told them to
disconnect it on 28/01/2009,as I lost my Wi-Max antenna on 28/01/2009.
After several follow ups,no action has been taken by your customer care.Instead they
asked me to do the following.
1.Customer Care asked me to lodge an FIR with Police station.
Complaint Lodged with FIR with Mahadevapura Police Station.
Complaint No : 0317237
2.Customer Care asked me to reach the Sales coordinator/Technician for replacement.
Sales Coordinator No's not reachable/no one responds - 08032448801/02/03/04.
Reached Technician but he was not at all helpful and asked me to reach Customer Care
3. Customer Care is not at all willing to take any Complaint No/TT for Antenna Loss
Followed Up continuously for lodging a Trouble Ticket/Complaint No
Tickets/Complaints lodged so far.
Service Request ID 87838211
Service Request ID 87408361 - Finally they closed the tickets stating Antenna
Lost,Can't help
Still no action on what to do.
I was so helpless & the service by your customer care is absolutely unsatisfactory.
I tried to reach the below two gentlemen seeking help

They tried hard & douldn't do anything & asked me to take a new connection.
I took a new connection on my name as below

Currently,I am using this new connection (Connection 2).
After a long time,the technician is now interested in discontuation of my Old
connection (when there is no Antenna)after so many days,and tries to disconnect my
new connection (thinking that it is old).
I spoke to one of your Customer Care executive by name Bhakti & she informed that my
old connection is discontinued on 15 March 2009.
I dont understand how the Bill got generated when there is no Antenna on the
terrace/Antenna lost from 28-01-2009 to 15-Mar-2009.
And why I should pay the Bill from 28-01-2009 to 15-March-2009(if there is any
Bill),since it is obvious that Antenna is Lost & i cannot access the internet?
I am sorry to say that the service of Customer Care is absolutely poor.
I have no issues with the connection,since its good all the time & i never delayed
any Bill untill now,& because of this,i am forced to choose another ISP.
I have also raised a TT/Complaint No from Bhakti(CC executive) explaining all these
- Service Request /Complaint No/TT - 87408361
After sometime,the complaint is different.when i spoke to santhosh (another CC
executive).
104168567, and the actual compliant booked by bhakti is 87408361
I don't understand.Plz advise
Now I have received a Legal notice from one of the outsourced Reliance Agencies (SA
advocates) asking me to pay the pending Bill.
As I am a heart patient,I am very tensed,frustrated with high BP/anxiety/stressed
with this issue and also this is a kind of mental harrassment for me.
I am not bothered about the money which i need to pay,but why pay anyone when i
don't have to......
I want to drag these people to consumer court no matter if the current internet
service gets disrupted
Please advice & help.
