    Dear Sir

    I am take service from airtel Broadband and telephone aprox may 2008. December 2008
    I had purchase Data card From airtle , because I have use data card my laptop and
    desktop , Data card is solve my all problem , Then I have no need Broadband and
    telephone, because I have use landline phone of Tata indicoum,. 15 Dec 2008
    complain of customer care by 121 helpline no. for Disconnect my phone and broadband,
    after that 22 Dec. 2008 my number and broadband is close, 6 jan.2009 Executive is
    come in my house and received all stoumet and give me receiving . After few days one
    Executive is come in my house and say company is provide 180 monthly Rental plan but
    I am tiling, no need.

    I have given airtel standing instruction from my abnamro credit card , the company
    is withdrew payment of my card account Every month by self decision 444 plan , when
    I am looking my bill of march 2009 then given written application for Disconnect my
    S I and phone . I have receiving dated 31/3/2009 .

    Sir company says 1599/- Rs is due of you Please Help me. That no is 01204168532

    Default complaint for non-refund of money by airtel

    Respected Sir,



    I had paid 1000 bucks through cheque for getting Airtel broadband
    connection.

    Its three weeks now, neither I have got the connection nor the money has
    been refunded.



    In fact, I am very puzzled to see that my cheque was cashed even
    without giving any connection.



    The airtel sales person name is Reddy and his no is this: 9663305434



    I have been calling him for 2 weeks and there is no response from his
    side.

    I am getting very irritated with this kind of airtel's response to
    customer.



    Please look into this matter

    My application was filled on 11th July'09 from a representative Ram Kumar (Contact
    No. 9211937341), as he assured to collect the documents which were not available at
    the time of filling the application, I felt assured that he'll commit to his
    promise. Despite making several follow ups till date,I haven't been able to submit
    the documents, failing upon I've not got the Internet Connection. I run a home based
    business & was earlier using Internet Connection from Sify. As promised by the
    representative, the connection was to be installed on or before 28th July, it's 1st
    Aug'09 I haven't got the connection so far. I started following up since last two
    days,my calls been dropped several time by Ram Kumar & couple of assurances have not
    resulted in action now. Today morning, I was assured that the documents will be
    collected before 12:00 noon & since then I'm trying his no. but he is not picking
    up.

    Surprisingly the application form contains following nos.

    011-41614777 (Delhi NCR Nodal Officer, Raj Kumar Prusty) & another one i.e.
    011-41614690 (Delhi NCR Appellate Officer, PD Sarma). Almost 50-100 attempts been
    made since morning, but nobody answers the phone. Its an utter shock & disgrace such
    reputed brand like Airtel can do this to their prospective customers.

    Can somebody look into the matter & resolve it. I've provided my details below, as
    nOW I also demand an enquiry into the above & against those who'd been responsible
    to create mental trauma & pain to me. I've beared great loss in my business because
    of the loss of connectivity which was responsibility of Airtel to provide this to me
    on time.

    Default Prepaid connection disconnected by Airtel with out any information

    Dear Sir,

    My Self Deepak dadheech and I am using Airtel Prepaid Connection No. 09717320595 since July 2009. Befor a month I got a message from Airtel that my documents are not complete and I was to submit with in 48 hours the same again.

    With in 26 hours I resubmitted the all documents at their Relationship Centre at Masudpur, Vasantkunj, New Delhi 110037. Meanwhile I contacted to Airtel a call centre and got informed that as per their records all documents are with them for my cell no.

    On 3/05/2010 my cell no. was disconnected and I got a message " Sim Registration Failed"
    When I called the Airtel call centre they suggest to call their Nodal Office. After 2-3 calls they replied that my connection is disconnected due to tellyverification failure. After that I contacted Airtel Applete Officer and they informed me that my connection can not be reactivated.

    In all this conversation, Every time I was informed that all the procedures was followed. But I never got a single message or call from the Airtel, where they suppose to make 2-3 messages and calls on my number.

    I want to activate my Cell no. I am facing a great deal of problems due to this disconection of my no.

    Can some one help me.
