Dear Concerned.
This is the issue which I am facing and I am a consultant who works for US companies
and I am billable for 5000/Hour to my company. And from last 5 days I am not able to
bill them as no internet cafe is opening in night shift and my net is not working
due to the negligent behavior of reliance and same are as higher authorities.
Kindly help me to take this forward.

Dear Concerned,
I am Vishal Mahaldar and I purchased one Data card USB 3.1 Mbps speed in the month
of June against 10Gb plan for nationwide with monthly rent of 1750.
On 2nd of July I got a call from Mumbai reliance saying that I have crossed my
credit limit and I need to pay it.
I made the payment of 1000 as my card was barred from using it. Then I raised an
issue that how is it possible that my usage is 1750/Month and just for 1000 my card
is barred. But all in vain and I was told to make payment.
Now on 10th July I faced frequent disconnection for my card and I again raised an
issue then I called customer care, they said it is a temporary issue. I though might
be, then on 13th July I called again to raise a complaint.
They took my request and gave me request number -103861210.
Then again on 14th July I called and they(customer care) said I should visit
Reliance web world. I went to same place at Gandhi bazaar, Bangalore and spent 40
minutes but again all in vain. Now they say its a device issue and I have to go to
service centre.
Now I am having no reason why I should suffer when I am paying for service.
I am a IT consultant and I work for US company according to their time zone. From
last 6 days I am without net connection and there is no shop or cafe opening in
night time where I can go to work and can support my company and get my billing
done. I am losing my money and also my time just because there is no one to
understand my need.
I do not know how you want to take this thing, may be as a one more mail or a
concern that I am facing, I am ready to pay till date for my usage once I hear from
you.
I will really appreciate if I get some reply from the people taking care of such
esteemed brand.
