    Default downloading speed is very slow...signal weak..!

    hi sir/madam
    we have bought reliance data card 1 week before ... but the downloading speed is very slow and the signal is not coming properly.. we called to the customer care but they are not responding properly to us. so please take sum action and increase the speed..

    Default poor signal....!

    hi sir/madam
    we have bought data card 2week before but the signal is not available it shows only 2or 3 but not constant..it stays only 2bar.
    so its too slow to open any page so please take some action..we have complaint already about this before but no response..so please take some action

    Default not providing service centers

    respected sir,

    this is girish kumar reddy i bought 1 data card in hyderabad it is reliance coolpad data card bearing the number 9391835873 ...... it worked well when i'm in hyderabad but it is not working properly in vizianagaram..... I gave compliant to the customer care but they are not helping........ they are telling that there are only 4 service centre in A.P which are located in sourroundings of hyderabad only now i'm facing spped problems it's not reaching even 20 kb/s. please help in this issue sir........

    Default fraudulent net charges

    hi, I'm Sai murali

    i got myself a reliance netconnect+ postpaid modem on may 14th
    for the first billing period, i.e. from 14th - 21st of may, there was no problem,
    i had a bill of Rs. 150 and i paid it.
    But for the second period ie from 21st of may - 21st of june, I had received a bill of Rs. 2277 while my plan was for Rs. 500
    The actual reason for my complaint is this - after i received an intimation that i had fully (100%) consumed my free data usage and any further usage would be charged at 50p per mb, i refrained from using the service.
    i hadn't used more than 200mb after that. but the billing details that i received state that i used about 4 GB in excess. i know this isn't true.

    Please understand that i regret purchasing the reliance device despite my friends warning me about the fraudulent ways you adopt. you let me down. thanks.
    now tell me what could be done about this.

    Exclamation PPP Link Protocol Error.

    Dear Sir,

    This is prashant from Rajkot and has Reliance netconnect + no 9376943079.
    From stauday afternoon ( 21 july ) i have reciving error of PPP LINK PROTOCOL WAS TERMINATED.
    That night i have spoken on 180030005555 anf got reply that the service will be resumed in 2-3 hrs , but nothing happened.
    On 22 July morning i have spoken to costumer care ( Complaint ID - 183669135 ) got reply that service will be retained in next 24 Hrs.
    From that day iam making continous follow up but still now service has not been resumed and the reply is for next 24 hrs service will be resumed..
    Please look into matter and sout our issue at earliest .

    Hi i am vijayalakshmi. 25th only i did recharge to my reliance 2g data card with Rs 255/- 1GB i month validity . But now its not working . Pls check this problm.

    Angry Speed is very slow 110KBPS!!!!!

    Hi All,

    This is Sandesh I have recently bought a reliance net-connect+, i am paying 900 rs every month and my downloading speed is 110 KBPS i have lodged a compliant about this a week ago (Complaint # 187994904) and almost everyday i am calling reliance customer care for the solution.Till this day i have not got the concrete update or response for my complaint to reliance. This is how reliance is cheating its customer and making lot of money from looting common people pocket.

    Whenever i called to reliance i heard only one sentence that "the issue is escalated and you will get a call from tech department" I think it better they know the meaning of escalation and tell this to its customer

    Who ever reading this, request you not to buy reliance broad band connection.
