Hi,

I had applied for an Airtel connection (broadband) about 10 days back. At first there was no availability of ports so they refused to give a connection. Then a sales executive told me that they can give one connection because someone else in the area is returning the connection. they committed for 7 days. Today is the 11th day. I have paid the money. Raised 3 complaints with no response. raised complaint at airtel office. The sales guy does not have any thing to say about the non availability of the connection and still asked me to wait. I have waited so long, returned the old connection provider, paid the money and the guy who is responsible is not even answering if at all i will get a connection.

The airtel customer service has already told me that the request was rejected due to non availability.

What do i do?
