Reliance Communications representatives are the most ill mannered customer care agent

    Default Reliance Communications representatives are the most ill mannered customer care agent

    Thanks to consumer court as yesterday I registered my complaint here and Reliance Communications contacted me.But i am shocked the way these people behave with the customers.AS i explained my problem to them they say that there is a network updation going on in Hyderabad.But at the same place another data card is able to connect to their service.And then i asked them if they are not able to provide the service for last 20 days in what way are they authorised to collect the bill from the customer.To that their reply was i should change to prepaid.I they are not able to provide services they cannot charge the customers as they like.After i confronted them about the payment collection they hung up on me.Is this the way they treat their customers.This is really pathetic on the part of such a esteemed organisation.They just can loot the people as they like.
