    Angry Airtel Broadband (No Services)

    My Broadband & Fixed Line services were discontinued on my discontinuation request on the 11th of June, which I had lodged after many complaints to Airtel Customer Care regarding access-billing. I got a call on the 12th of June from Airtel Retention Team and they offered me a plan (discounted plan) which would take effect from the next month's bill cycle & offered me an adjustment in my next bill that was to be generated on the 10th of July. However, my services were discontinued on 24th of June without any intimation or prior notice. I was told to clear my Outstanding Amount (they refused to provide any adjustments towards it).
    I was left with no other choice than to email the Nodal Officer for Delhi/NCR, seeking a solution to the problem. Days & weeks passed, I didn't get any call or email in reply to my email. I only got emails asking for payment of Outstanding Due.
    On the 8th of July, I got an email from the Nodal Officer adjusting my previous Outstanding amount of Rs 1734 with Rs 500 and promising that I'd get back my services within 7 days' time after payment of Outstanding. The new Outstanding Amount (Rs 1183) was cleared by me on the 9th of July, of which I hold a receipt. It has been almost 3 weeks now that I have not yet received my services & I have been facing a lot of inconvenience since 24th of June due to the lack of Fixed Line & Broadband services.
    I don't know why they are denying me the services. Now I am being told to re-submit all the documents, and for that purpose a guy from their office took an appointment from me and was supposed to be at my place by 12pm. However, he called me up at 4pm and started giving me lame excuses of traffic problem, etc.

    I would be greatly obliged if you'd guide me through this. I am clueless as to how to go about things. I didn't expect this kind of customer behaviour from Airtel people. They are supposed to be a Premium ISP in India. A prompt reply would be greatly appreciated.
