I have a hathway broadband customer with customer code 626853. I raised a complaint on Friday(22/07/2011) having complaint number 5888829. After making the complaint the executive said that it will get resolved in 3 hrs. Since then I am making repetitive call to hathway costumer care to get the issue resolved and every time I get the same response.
This is not the first time I am facing such issue, I have experienced the same sort of issue with hatchway in the past to. Whenever raised a complaint it takes minimum of 4-5 days and 8-10 call to get the issue resolved which I way too frustrating
