    Default Misleading information provided by airtel sales executives

    I had subscribed for a airtel iptv and broadband connection 1099 pack in june and the channels that they were supposed to provide us were not present when our connection was installed and after complaining about the incomplete package the airtel back office executives had no idea and did not listen to us and are asking us to upgrade our subscription plan and pay more for the same services which were to be provided earlier. I can even produce the proof of their misleading information whenever required
