    Angry Bad service from Reliance netconnect

    I purchased the reliance net connect datacard on 18th july 2009 and before purchase the sales person confirmed that the set will be activated on 19th but they activated on 21.07.2009 and again deactivated on 23.07.2009. Now the customer care is unable to solve the problem and i spoken 3 customer care executives they just told me that wait for a minute i am connecting your call to senior. Now on first call they hold me for 15 minutes and they disconnected and on second cal they hold me for 25 minutes and then disconnected and in third call the executive told me to take off from the office and visit the reliance webword and submit the doccument again. The data card is disconnected since last 2 days and they are unable to give me the suitable awnser. I requested to take back the card and return the money but they are not ready for the same. Kindly take the strict action against them to resolve my issue. Now i am really frustated with the welcome problem from the reliance.

    Hi Sameer,

    I am with you for the issues with Reliance. Their service seems to be worst and I feel myself lost. Do you have any idea as how and whom can we approach as even I am deciding to return my Broadband DataCard and claim a full refund. Their Manager had infact refused to accept my written complaint whih violates consumer rights. Let me know if you have any idea to tackle this situation.

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    What to do if the Nodel officer will not response to your emails and phone calls? I have been trying to reach the nodel officer over phone and sent a couple of email also. but no reply from them.
    Please advice.
