I Dhirendra Kamdar one of your regular costumer for last 2-3 years, I wanted to complaint about your services for recent times.
I had got call from call center at (07940053076) which is my airtels landline number, my son picked up the phone and that lady started the conversation asking my son are you dhirenji and he had not replied after, she started talking about new plans about internet than my son also started asking about new plans. After conversation between my son and that lady, lady started talking about activating new plan and she also told that if you want to deactivate the plan it can be done back to original plan and she had also asked about my son's email id and birth date which he had gave innocently without knowing any consequences. My son didint speak about either activating plan or not activating plan he has not spoke yes or no about any new plans before completion of conversation my son talked to me about this new plan and about half and hour after again i had call to costumer services and had strictly told not to activate any new plan on my internet and had also told not to disturb my original plan (128kb\s speed unlimited download + 250 calls free total cost 550 Rs excluding tax) than the person on the phone had agreed not activate any new plan on my internet. Now after few days a person name (Sunil Patel) called me from the Ahmedabad Airtel office (079-40090917) and he told me about the conversation clip and asked me to come at airtel office to check it then I went to his office for conformation of the clip in which my son and costumer care executive had a conversation, After hearing the clip along with Sunil Patel and Dhruv bhai they agreed to activate my first original plan (Rs 550.00) then on the next day a lady called me on mobile (9825703322) from Bhopal that lady asked for activating plan consisting Rs 499.00 as a rent but i strictly advise and told not to activate any plan other than my first original plan Rs 550.00 and connection was lost and she didn't call me again.
After few hours my son called me on my cell and told that plan of Rs 499 was started though i clearly mentioned not to be started. Now between this days we continuously requested and lodged our complain to the customer care and complain request number and the costumer care executive names are as follows:

They all promised and told us that your original plan Rs 550.00 would be activated within two days
Yesterday a person named JAIN called me from Mumbai Airtel office ( no-022-40156937),
calling me he told me that after hearing the audio clip in which my son never told neither yes nor no to the customer care executive so on that bases he told me that your original plan could not be activated as there is neither yes nor no to the customer care executive, Now after a bit conversation i told him that i would complain in CCTS and consumer court if required. Than he told ME WHATEVER YOU WANT WHATEVER YOU CAN...Sir I request to take some action in this matter i am hopeful that i won't be disappointed
