I am using Airtel Broadband service for more than 2 years now. Since last 3-4 months the connection is too slow. Recently none of the sites are responding. I have submitted my complaint using airtel.in --> May we help you.. section, but my complaint was marked as 'Resolved' without any action.
I have filled up the feedback for the complaint twice and tried many times to submit a new complaint. But every time i get a message 'Unable to process your request, try after some time..'.
Can someone tell me how can i get my problem resolved and how can i really submit a complaint on which an action would be taken?
