    Angry Complaint registered on airtel.in marked as 'resolved' without any action.

    I am using Airtel Broadband service for more than 2 years now. Since last 3-4 months the connection is too slow. Recently none of the sites are responding. I have submitted my complaint using airtel.in --> May we help you.. section, but my complaint was marked as 'Resolved' without any action.

    I have filled up the feedback for the complaint twice and tried many times to submit a new complaint. But every time i get a message 'Unable to process your request, try after some time..'.

    Can someone tell me how can i get my problem resolved and how can i really submit a complaint on which an action would be taken?

    Default Deficient in service

    With due respect I wish to submit that i have taken an internet broad band service connection registered under the name of Ms Reema Dhananjoy Barve with account number 16327036 has been repeatedly facing problem regarding the internet service provided by you. The problem began in early April which only worsened in the subsequent Months. Umimaginable and Innumerable calls were made to your company and call centre however no response other than a commitment that never has been adhered to.
    It is to bring to your notice that my Client is a dutiful consumer where by despite of the deficient in service bills charged has been paid on time.
    I would like to refresh some of the names that were spoken to a) Sandeep b )Saji c) Ali d) HOmesh and much more which my client has not been able to recollect . Various Service request number has been raised however to my utter shock till to this day problem has not been solved.
    When my client asked the issues to be escalated to higher authorities she was connected to some senior supervisors who only promised the issued to be solved at the earliest. Time , Money has been wasted in trying to solve this issue but notwithstanding this fact my client has always paid the bill. I Wish to sincerely request the senior management to trace the calls attended by untrained or irresponsible representative of yours.
    I also request you to trace the various service request number and the reason stated therein. On 12 may a call was made to you again where the agent promised a service within 48 hours. Use of abusive langaue were also complaint on the 12 may by one of the engineer and each time nobody turns up.
    I also request you to further read that on 22nd may an engineer visited and after 2 months of facing problem identified that there was some serious problem with the wiring and he registered a complaints saying that the problem would be solved by 24th may . it was made clear that i would be out of station from 25th may and the same has been communicated to them service provider so that solve the problem by 24th may latest . Nobody as usual turned up.
    On 30th May i arrived in the city only having to find that the internet connection has not been restored . another call was made to the customer care and they said that it has been disconnected for non payment of bills. Contention were raised that the bill was not paid because there was no service since the last 30 to 40 days. However they refused to obliged therefore on promised that the internet connection would be restored on payment to which i have made the payment and there again there was no service.
    Few calls were made thereafter issues have been escalated time over and again . promises and commitment were made. One of the senior supervisor even assured that the bill cycle would be adjusted however on 9th of june my client received another bill charged.
    i HAVE even stopped calling as it was realized that AIRTEL BROADBAND was unwilling to solve the problemS.
    This is our last resort as an attempt to solve the problem which my client have been harassed for so many months now. If this issues have not been solved within the next 48 hrs we would have no option but only to approach the appropriate consumer forum for bill charged while there were no service provided, harrasement by your agents and other losses which i have gone through during the said period.
    I AM a loyal consumer of airtel and she does not wish to discontinue the service but only if the problem is not solved. We shall assumed the Emailed acknowledgemnt today dated the 15th june 2011, Wednesday and we would give a reasonable time of 48 hours to respond to the same.

    AIRTEL.Harassment by customer care executive

    Hello Sir,
    I am Sandeep Sharma a customer of Airtel since last 4 years. My no. is 99703334528.I have a postpaid connection under CUG scheme.7387711100
    and 7387822200.(Maharashtra Circle).It is with utmost urgency that i state that my cellphone network,Airtel, has never maintained any confidentiality in my bill details.Time and again they have divulged my call details to all and sundry causing me immense harm and mental torture.they should have some level of personal verification before doing so. I am being harassed by Airtel Customer care Executive.My bill was pending but a lady from airtel customer care is harassing me by tracking my call records and calling every no. and saying that i have given their reference for paying my bill.She is calling my friends, familily members, colleagues..everybody.. My question is how the hell she can access my call records nand my friends call records.Its my security issue now..she never tells her name..just lies everytime by saying she is from courier service n.bla bla..she talks very rudely.Its very much insulting now..I dont know her name..but she calls from these no:9860345236, 9096958006.
    Please respond at earliest.

    I have apply for a new airtel broadband connection on 6 Oct 2011 in Delhi (Shop-23,westend plaza kapashera-110037). And today is 21 Oct Still broadband work is not done here. I have complaint many times, one of your executive come on 6 Oct 2011. I have given all the documents and cash also he told us that your connection will be done in max. 5 days. But after 15 days still there is no connection. What the hall are you doing on it this type of service you are providing to your costumer . If u don't want to give the connection then tell me I will switch to another company.

    Default No Response and cheating

    I applied for air tel connection 3 months back still they have not given it and no refund of amount i paid 1100.

    I have following up Mr. Jacob , Manager ( 9840906241), no response from him.

    Why you have collected the money if you can’t give connection. At least refund the amount to me.
    I won’t recommend Air tel to any of my friends.

    Default no Airtel connection but getting Bills

    Hi All,

    I have requested on March 27th for shifting of Broadband connection and on april 2nd someone called from airtel said there is no connection avaliable that area so i requested to cancell the connection which he said need to call customer care and cancel. when i call customer call they said stll its not update here give me one more day. I again called on April 4th and raised request for cancellation of the connection.

    On 5th again someone called we are checking the connection availability and will getback in 2 hrs, but no one responded back again i called customer support and its on hold, when there is no connection there is no point in keeping the connection so i said to cancel the connection.

    From that day someone will call every-week and say we are working to resolve your request and then will raise one more request. This keep repeating till April 28th. so fedup with the harassment from Airtel so i send a mail to the below email id's thinking there will be some responsible person who can resolve the customer issues, i got a mail from airtelpresence they are working and responded after 2 days issue got resolved and connection got cancel and outstanding amount is 0/-.

    When i called customer desk an executive Raghavendra in SRno: 14491162 said there is a service request mention that from April 5th there won't be any bill its mention in this srno, But again on 5th i got a Bill 516/- for the period where i don't have connection and already raised a request for cancellation.

    This is really a pathetic service from Airtel.
