    Angry Reliance Broadband Billing Query

    Hi,

    I am using Reliance Netconnect Broadband for last 3-4 months, but i fail to recieve a bill in mail or email. I had spoken to customer service executive but they fail to send any bills on time at the end they barred my services for non payment of the bill. It is happening for last 2 months. Every time i speak with them they give a request # and say it will be done in next 48 hours. i had paid the bill last month but this month again they had failed to send me a bill and on top of it have barred my services, when i spoke with their executive they told me till the time the bill is not paid the services will not be resumed. i requested them to resume my services as i have some important work to be done online, they simply denied about it, i have spoken to their supervisor but the reply is the same.

    Please help me out in this situation, its happening months after months.

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.
