Airtel Broadband Billing query Hi,
I have been using Airtel connection from the past 20 months now. i have faced wrong commitments from the Customer service department as well. I had a billing related query the last month and when i called there customer servicer department regarding the same they were rude and were not able to solve my query. i was offered discount of 20% on my rental for 6 months which comes to about Rs. 129 as adviced by airtel customer service. But on the bill it was only 75. To this they said tax would be charged twice. Please help me for the same. i have all communication ID with me. and even i did recorded the conversation with an airtel customer service department.

query regarding bill i have a doubt that whether will you charge any amount if i send a message to my friend's mobile numbers and not the mes..as mail through yahoo messenger or any other messengers.if so then i may stop sending mes...to my friends mobiles.i has this doubt beacause i saw a text while sending mes.. that"as some wireless carriers charge for the text messages better send longer mes.. & not the shorter one" so please send details about my query to my e-mail add

i m using this no. from past 5 year i was having prepaid connection before 5 month i have converted from prepiad to postpaid and from last 5 month wrong bill is coming tome which i m paying without fail
i m having 249 plain in which i have 5 no. which should have been costed 20paise per minute but as per u r bill it has been charged to me 50paise flat to every airtel no.
i have complained to to custmer care regarding this but still same mistake is repeating kindly suggest me wat should i do should i stop my bill plan or stop using airtel

Airtel Wireless Billing Issue I have been a customer of Airtel for the past 3 years but am very disappointed with the services. I had written to Airtel on 19th Jan 2010, and till now this issue has not been resolved. I had purchased a data card from Airtel in September 2009 and soon realized that it was not working and there was no network in my house. I could not connect to the wireless network even once. Immediately I (after a lot of harassment from their end) returned the data card and Airtel had reimbursed me for it. I have a mail in which I had requested them to discontinue the internet services. Since, I had returned their data card I assumed the services were discontinued.
Even though I had returned the data card long time back without even using it once, I have been constantly charged for the services for the past 4 months. They have fraudulently charged me for services I have never used.
I have been excessively charged a sum of Rs. 2036 + taxes in the past 4 months (Oct 09 - Jan 10).
I hope they will return the total amount with taxes at the earliest. The Ph No to which this excessive charges were billed is: 9004614548. (Complaint Reference No. 1901201012822)
I hope to get some response soon. Thank you.

regarding my bill due date well i had taken my broadband connection on mar-2010.from april i am getting normal bill but there is dsl usage charge of 75rupees came with my "may" bill whose due date was 28thjune.i had paid the money except that dsl usage charge.will u please tell me why they charge me for dsl usage...i am not having customer support no. so plz contact to me at

Airtel Broadband Billing issue. I have applied the Airtel broadband connection with wireless router. The sale executive promises "512 Kbs speed will be upto 8 gb of downloads, then it will convert to 256 Kbs".
The monthly Rent- Rs.899 / per month.
I paid Rs.2000 in advance for wireless router. it will be deduct Rs.200 on every month bill for next 10 months.
but now they given the bill for 7 days usage Rs.1939.
other chargers : Rs.2000/ dont know whats this... even customer care executive also not aware what amount it will be in other charges.
Someone help me plz !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
