Default Request for migration of postpaid to prepaid on reliance netconnect - Ph 9302622554

    Hi

I great regret I want to inform you about the poor service which I have been subjected to by Reliance customer care for transferring my net connect from postpaid to prepaid.

My name is Kulbir Singh Sabharwal and my net connect card number is 9302622554. For past 4 months I have been requesting Reliance customer care on phone and in Reliance web world in Sapna Sangeeta Road, Indore to migrate my card to prepaid from postpaid as my usage has gone down on the card due to unavailability of good data network in my current locality. Every time I raise this issue I am given one assurance or the other and once infact I got a call from Reliance customer service in First week of March that if you settle all your dues we will migrate the card over to prepaid and I dont need to visit store again. I went and paid all the dues but then in 2 months a got another bill of Rs. 700. It seems I am caught in a vicious cycle and cant get out of it. I paid so much money for the data card and therefore dont want to disable it fully also and use it only when travelling.

Therefore my request to you is to transfer my card to a prepaid and waive all the charges for the past 2 months as I have not been using the card and the rental charges are coming up because of non action on part of you employees. Also please stop rental charges on my card with immediate effect.

Expecting a prompt and just action on your part.

    Thanks & Regards,
