I have applied for Air tel Broadband for 10 days ago . They have charged me
350 rupee & now they are neither installing nor refunding my money.Even
their marketing executive is not giving any response, Every time i called
him. They are not giving me any sufficient reason for not installing
connection. One time his senior ask for 1000 security fee and i said yes,
after that they are not installing connection.On the basis of there 72 hours
promises i take online work and i loosed 50 pound. When i asking for refund
they are saying that your request is processed you will get that in 45 days.
please do something i am in big trouble.

i dnot hv any email id of airtel where i shd send transaction id n credit card
statement of mine. But i again tried to solve this prob by gng to airtel
office. in airtel office ..the female said i already forward your transaction
id but further i didnt know...she just not taking any responsbility.......
now they disconnected my airtel connection.
i just want to know..how to fill a case in against of airtel.....waiting for
reply.
case is time consuming but if they are not giving proper response & service
file a case in consumer court
attached herewith find word file which has the address of all the consumer
courts in mumbai
(if u are from mumbai) make a xerox set of the supporting papers and contact
them also enclose
your covering letter stating the facts and details with supportive documents
also claim harressment
charges in the application, you also have to become a member of the consumer
court their charges

1. You should call Airtel's call centre and ask for the email id of "Appellate
Authority" for your area. (It mandatory for all Telecom operators to have
"Appellate Authorities" for addressing the customer's grievances, which can not
be resolved by their Call Centres.)
2. Write a mail to that id narrating your complete story step by step.
3. If you don't find any improvement, then you should write them that you will
be forwarding the matter to TRAI.
I think, with this Airtel should buzz.
