    Default vodafone mobile connect

    Sir,
    I have purchased a mobile broadband connect USB stick on 24-05-2011. And when i connected it to my laptop it worked well. But after sometime it disconnected. am using windows 7 in my laptop. the same happened again and again.whenever i connected it, it worked for about 15 to 20 minutes after that it disconnected. to connect it again i have to remove the stick and connect it again. later the when i visited vodafone store they said that it is not compatible with windows 7. but it's written there on the packet of the usb stick that it is compatible with windows 7.
    some times it does not connect it at all. Now i want my money back. They say that there is no provision to do so.

    Thumbs down Vodafone 3G stick complaint

    Sir,
    I have purchased a mobile broadband connect 3G USB stick 2 months ago. I live in Shakarpur, East Delhi. And when i connected it to my computer the net speed is very low. When I complaint to Vodafone they told me 3G is not working in east delhi. If its not working then how can they sell the 3G stick in east delhi area. They should tell me these things when I buy it. They noted my address and they have my id proof as well. Now 3G USB stick is running like 1G stick.
    Now i want my money back. They say that there is no provision to do so.

    Default Vodafone mobile connect

    Hi,

    My no. is 8860003478 and i bought a samsung galaxy s2 ,with that i received 3G services upto 1GB free.I had my credit limit set to 800 and i was prepared to pay 800 rs incase my 3G usage exceeds the limit of 1Gb.I even conformed this 4-5 times by calling up vodafone customer care.Now at the end of the month my connection has been suspended and it is showing a bill of 5000Rs.When the credit limit is 800 how can you charge more than that.I want the discounted bill asap.
