    Default Reliance Netconnect Broadband Datacard Complaint

    I have took an Reliance Netconnect Broadband Datacard on 28-06-2009 (ASN# : AHWD5210204122)on cash payment. It was promised that it will be activated by 24hrs. From 28 June 09 onwards till today ie 12 July 09, it has not been activated. I have submitted the Original copy of Address Proof with photos to Reliance Mobile Store, Sector 29, Vashi on 28 June, as asked by them. On 3 July at 3:00pm, (ie on 6th day after taking the Broadband), the verification people came & put negative on their report saying that I have not shown the documents. But actually, he told that I have to show him the original address proof to him. I had my original Companie's ID card, but he refused to see anything & went back. I tried to convince him that the originals is with Reliance, hence I cannot produce the same again, but he refuse. I have mentioned the time for verification as before 8am & after 9:30pm. But he came at 3pm without informing or calling me. After daily followup with Reliance , they commit daily that it will be activate by today, which never happened. There was no further action from them on the same also. On July 6 again I was waitng for them (with one more generated original copy from Company HR)from 8pm as per their commitment, but no result. At 10pm I again asked them & they give me commitment for next day. On 7th I get a call from Reliance that the verification people came at 8:10pm & the Security Gaurd told that there is no one in our room. Hence again it was become Negative. When I asked the same with our Security Gaurd Mr Shukla, he told no person came on 6th evening when he was on duty. On the same day one more customer came to Reliance with the same problem that everyone was waiting in their home & they give a negetive status saying no one at home. After 7th I was daily trying to get my Money back , but they denied. I talked to Mr. Harish Shetty(9320332627), Sr. manager for the same, he give me a commitment for 8 July. From then all the rel
    DamageOccured During this 14 days , I was continously on tension & wait at hom from 8pm onwards & they came withuout information. I have to generate one more Original copy From Company HR in theri letter head, which is not advisable. I have not able to use internet from last 14 days because of their daily commitment, hence not able to transfer any amount to my savings. In July month , I have to transfer my amount before 5th of July, I totally lost the same. My working hours is morning 8am to 10/10:30pm, hence cannot do the transactions after office hours. I was totally handicapped without internet for such a long time , as well as not able to take another Broadband also. They deneid to give the broadband as well as not able to activated also.
    Required Relief I want my full compensation from them which costs Rs 12000/- due to non-availibility on internet & not able to do the necessary transactions(NEFT) during this important period. Plus immediate activation of the broadband as all the originals are with them , & I cannot reproduce the same for a new connection.

    Hello, this is nisha yadav i am getting wrong bill from last 3-4 months, my data card broadband service had been discontinued and then also they charged for it. Again and again i called customer care they said you just pay , what u used we will subtract it from your bill and you will get right bill next month, and after 3-4 days again they disconnect the services. Now i am in new zealand and i can't go to your office. And some persons from reliance visited my billing address at my office, which is not at all fair.I want to get rid of it. I had already paid the bill, so clear it off as soon as possible, continue my broadband service quickly.

    Thumbs down Slow speed of Relience Netconnect Broadband Datacard Complaint

    Dear Sir,
    I have facing the problem with slow speed . We have purchased the Broadband + connection but for last 20 days speed is 230 kpbs/s instead of 3.1 mpb/s. I am living new south delhi in NCR region ,sector 37 faridabad. I have complaint 3-4 times but still problem is same . I need your help in this issue.

    Hi,
    This is to inform that I am having a data card 7439108719 whose connection has been terminated since 18th Feb 2010(connection taken on 31st Jan 2011) without any prior intimation.I have called up customer care as well but no satisfactory answer.I have been told that my connection has been terminated on account of address verification being negative,but no one did ever come to visit my address and neither did they give any call before visit.

    Request you to do the needfull at your earliest convenience.

    Note:After talking the connection on 31st Jan 2011,i was able to use internet for few days but suddenly they disconnected the same on account of address verification.After 7 days of continuous foll up they finally restored the connection on 17th Feb,finally they terminated the connection on 18th Feb without intimation.

    Expectations from my side:I want the entire cost of the device being refunded back to me as I don't want to use this device of these cheaters any further

    This is to inform that I am having a data card 7428742971 whose connection has been terminated since 4th March 2011 (connection taken on 28th Feb 2011) without any prior intimation. I have called up customer care as well but no satisfactory answer. I have been told that my connection has been terminated on account of address verification being negative. About two weeks before an executive have collected all the necessary documents from present address.

    Request you to do the needfull at your earliest convenience.

    Note:After talking the connection on 28th Feb 2011, i was able to use internet for few days but suddenly they disconnected the same on account of address verification.

    Expectations from my side:I want the entire cost of the device being refunded back to me as I don't want to use this device of these cheaters any further.

    Unhappy complaint against reliance

    I m using reliance data card from last 1 year. Now that data card is not working . There is no service station in nagpur. Now what to do??? The store and customer service station is providing fake addresses. My email id is rajani_sm2000@yahoo.com. Pls help me

    Question For Not proper Anshwer

    My Name is Pinkesh Khatri and i have purchase data card on 12th ocober at Reliance Web , shahibaug, ahmedbad.

    I have purchase data card and time submitted photo and driving license but After two days call to me for new proof submit and i have submitted on My Passport copy at Reliance Web on 15th october and today date is 19th ocober and i have many time follow up but guys said today evening or morining start you data card but not start till.

    I am purchase data card for office work purpose but full time spend for data card follow up and end of the day result is zero.

    I am very disopoint for Reliance service.

    Angry Reliance Netconnect 3G harrassing and cheating me.

    Reference to complaint NO- DOTEL/E/20​11/15547

    - I took Reliance 3G by paying 1800/- Rupees, Ever since I was getting no signals at my home.
    I tested the instrument in my office and at my friends place and told the customer care.However they did not help me.
    - I had written done dozens of complaints on phone but no help.
    - on 1st October, I got my Bill, when I told reliance communications customer care that I do not get my signals at home then why should I pay they said there is usage appearing on my card. I told them that usage was as i was testing at home and at frineds place, I was embarrased as they asked me to pay.
    - Like Reliance always cheats people, it cheated me as like a simple indian person i also paid my september bill on time.
    - In October the same problem persisted and i again got my bill for poor network which connected and disconnected. Though I had unlimited plan but could not use the same.
    - I finally called up Reliance connect and pushed them to terminate my connection on 6th November.
    - reliance retention team; called me and apologised and told me that you will not need to pay for October bill as the same has been waived and we will resolve your network issues..
    but that was wrong as,,,,October bill was not waived off...and i am still fighting for it....since last 3 days..
    - on 15th nov 2011, reliance engineer came to my home,..he tested the reliance connection which was showing ZERO SIGNALS..and his instrument could not connect...
    - he sent the report to reliance back office and also copied me in the reports..i had sent the same reports to reliance customer care...
    - ultimately my reliance network issue was resolved on 18th november but only for 3 days as the same was disconnected on 21st november...
    - my issue went to appealeate authority where person named ishwar spoke to me, he was just a image of how reliance works...
    was arrogant, unhelpful and abusive; i explained him all the matter but he was not at all understanding like many other customer care peopple i spoke..
    - i am getting these bills without usage and reliance person from appealeate authority is calling me everyday...
    - i have taken a new broadband connection so that my work does not get affected..
    I NEED HELP; BECAUSE THIS IS NOT DONE IN INDIA IN THIS CENTURY...FOR HOW LONG RELIANCE ,ORGANISATION OF ANIL AMBANI AND HIS PEOPLE WILL CHEAT PEOPLE OF INDIA...
    CAN SOMEONE GUIDE AND HELP ON THIS?
