I have took an Reliance Netconnect Broadband Datacard on 28-06-2009 (ASN# : AHWD5210204122)on cash payment. It was promised that it will be activated by 24hrs. From 28 June 09 onwards till today ie 12 July 09, it has not been activated. I have submitted the Original copy of Address Proof with photos to Reliance Mobile Store, Sector 29, Vashi on 28 June, as asked by them. On 3 July at 3:00pm, (ie on 6th day after taking the Broadband), the verification people came & put negative on their report saying that I have not shown the documents. But actually, he told that I have to show him the original address proof to him. I had my original Companie's ID card, but he refused to see anything & went back. I tried to convince him that the originals is with Reliance, hence I cannot produce the same again, but he refuse. I have mentioned the time for verification as before 8am & after 9:30pm. But he came at 3pm without informing or calling me. After daily followup with Reliance , they commit daily that it will be activate by today, which never happened. There was no further action from them on the same also. On July 6 again I was waitng for them (with one more generated original copy from Company HR)from 8pm as per their commitment, but no result. At 10pm I again asked them & they give me commitment for next day. On 7th I get a call from Reliance that the verification people came at 8:10pm & the Security Gaurd told that there is no one in our room. Hence again it was become Negative. When I asked the same with our Security Gaurd Mr Shukla, he told no person came on 6th evening when he was on duty. On the same day one more customer came to Reliance with the same problem that everyone was waiting in their home & they give a negetive status saying no one at home. After 7th I was daily trying to get my Money back , but they denied. I talked to Mr. Harish Shetty(9320332627), Sr. manager for the same, he give me a commitment for 8 July. From then all the rel
DamageOccured During this 14 days , I was continously on tension & wait at hom from 8pm onwards & they came withuout information. I have to generate one more Original copy From Company HR in theri letter head, which is not advisable. I have not able to use internet from last 14 days because of their daily commitment, hence not able to transfer any amount to my savings. In July month , I have to transfer my amount before 5th of July, I totally lost the same. My working hours is morning 8am to 10/10:30pm, hence cannot do the transactions after office hours. I was totally handicapped without internet for such a long time , as well as not able to take another Broadband also. They deneid to give the broadband as well as not able to activated also.
Required Relief I want my full compensation from them which costs Rs 12000/- due to non-availibility on internet & not able to do the necessary transactions(NEFT) during this important period. Plus immediate activation of the broadband as all the originals are with them , & I cannot reproduce the same for a new connection.
