I m having a terrible time with your reliance exeutives escpecially Mr.pugazhendi and the lady whom will be calling me everyday from ALEXONS- Authorised SDSA for Reliance Communications (they billed me in this Name). They have received the money from me and i presume they have galloped now after giving me some non-sense device .
The device is not activated yet for which they promised to activate by 05:00 PM today , and now when i seem to be calling , they are neglecting my call and the lady is very shrewd enough by not even attending the call . I suspect if i have been taken for a RAID by your staffs now .
I have Paid full amount of Rs.2523 (with unlimited data plan) and they only gave me the evice promising to activate it .
And the worse is , your staffs/people seem to be doing anything for MONEY . They promised to provide excellent customer service after they had despatched the device , but now , everything is terrible from your end . And i oblige to return this product since it is just a dummy .
i need Refund of my money and i dont need any explanations fro any cheaters who are docile enough .
PS : THIS IS MY FIRST LEVEL OF COMPLIANT . I WILL EVEN GO THE EXTENT OF TAKNIG THIS ISSUE ANY FURTHER IF PROPER ACTION OR REMUNERATIO IS NOT TAKEN/GIVEN IN A PROMT DURATION .

I have not yet received any intimation about the resolution of the below issue which was raised by me long back...neither did I get any refund for my device from Reliance,on contrary they have filed a complaint against me for not paying the bill.I would request you to do the needful and refund me my device cost at earliest.

I paid fully upto 11 April and 7 days extra also at Nungambakkam chennai. But till date it is not resoved.
But iyou people sent msg that it will be soved within 5 days. 15 days crossed no use. What is the reason?
When I contacted poonamnallee web world they tole it will be rectified soon no use.
I contacted nungambakkam branch by phone they also tole it will be resolved in 2 days. all people say
2 days. 15 days crossed not resolvced. how many days it needs to resolve?
