    Default Invalid Unbilled Usage - Reliance Broadband

    Hi,
    I am Felix Alexander. I am having a reliance broadband connection at home for the past few years in the name of my mother D,Manjula and the user ID is 216689640294. On 26th June 2011, i made a plan change from plan 299 (2mbps/1GB L) to zoom1 (1mbps,2mbps/UL). The plan change was updated on my reliance login page later on the same day. I enquired customer care regarding this and they said the update has been completed on their side and i can start using the UL plan from then. After an hour, i started using the plan with 1mbps(morning)/2mbps(night). On 27th morning, i received a mail stating that my unbilled usage is Rs.12000 (approx) and later another mail stating Rs.14000 and another one stating Rs.18000. I raised a complaint (155928092) regarding this immediately with the customer care. My connection got suspended on 28th June 2011. Finally, when i checked the unbilled usage at the EOD of 28th, it was Rs.28000 (approx). I have not made any extra usage on limited plan and accessed internet mainly after UL plan activation. I have raised another complaint regarding this and still this has not been resolved. I made this plan change because i needed some data usage this month but i'm now left with no internet connection. I received a call from billing dept and he was not able to help me since he was not able to check my data usage post last bill (23rd June). With Rs.28000 being a really huge amount, i'm really stressed out because of this issue. My mobile number is 9940186458. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
