Hi,

I got this ID from the Internet.
Please help me regarding consumer court, How it works, My case (mentioned below) is
suitable to bring into the consumer court and what will be the procedure & fees, How
much time it requires.
Here is the case:-
In may month I have taken the reliance broad band connection & after 7 days I have
disconnected it. I was informed by the reliance customer care on 12 June that every
thing is cleared from my side & nothing is pending from my side.
but still I`m receiving the bills & phone calls.
In the beginning I was leaving in the gurgaon, but now I have shifted here So it was
not possible for me to return their instruments at that time but I have returned it
as well on 11 July.
I have attached the mail trail as well which will show, how I`m sending mail to them
but they are not reverting back me.I`m keeping all the mails with me.

Please assist me on this matter.
